
Gratitude Meditation

Accompanied by soothing background music, this beautiful meditation begins with a grounding technique by bringing attention to the seat and the breath. We're then guided to bring awareness to the heart as we draw to mind a few simple components of our day and our lives that bring joy and pleasure, and for which we can give thanks. This gentle but powerful meditation draws us closer into the sensations of love and gratitude, and through guided visualisation, supports us to expand those feelings from the inside out, suffusing the mind and body with a peaceful, sacred feeling of ease and thanks for all that supports us.
