Transcript

Wherever you are,

Close your eyes.

Feel the weight of the body releasing down into the feet or the seat if you're sitting.

Soften the shoulders,

The face and the belly.

Bring awareness to the nose and feel the breath entering the body and the body rising.

Sense into the body softening as you breathe out and allow your mind to settle its awareness on the present moment.

Breath entering,

Breath leaving.

Each unique breath,

Each unique moment in time.

Slow down the breath.

Return to the present moment.

Feel the breath.

Feel the bond between your body and the floor beneath you.

And when you're ready,

Open the eyes and come back into your space.
