Hello everyone,

Welcome to day 18 of our 21 day radical self-love journey together.

Today's self-love trick is honor your big yes and your big no.

So this is all about making empowered decisions.

You know it is a huge part of self-love to be able to make decisions that feel right for us.

That you know we're quieting that noise,

That we're figuring out where we feel like we should be doing something and what actually feels true for us.

And for a lot of us we've gotten really good at overriding our feelings of feeling like we have to get external guidance that we can't make decisions on our own.

That our bodies we shouldn't trust them.

That you know we need to do the research that you know our God could lead us astray.

But I'm here to tell you that is not true.

Your gut,

Your intuition,

However you want to call it,

That will never lead you astray and that's super empowering.

It's a tool that you can have in your back pocket whenever,

Wherever.

It's with you at all times and it's a form of self-love to be able to tap into this so that we're not having to search for it outside of ourselves.

So I'm going to walk you through a meditation to help you tap into what it what that big yes feels like and what that big no feels like so that you can access it a little bit more easily so that you can hear when it's trying to tell you something.

So I want you all to close your eyes,

Take a deep close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Start to settle in maybe pull your shoulders a little bit and find a comfortable position either sitting down or lying down.

And just start to arrive in this moment.

And on your inhale start to really track the sensations in your body.

Is there anything that jumps out at you?

And as you really start to to tune into to your breath to your body I want you to think about your ideal day.

I want you to think about something that you do that really lights you up.

What do you love to do?

What could you do all day every day?

And as you settle into what that is,

Start to take note about where in your body you feel that and how do you know that you are excited?

How do you know that you love this thing?

Does your heart race?

Do you get butterflies in your stomach?

Does your chest expand?

Does your body expand?

Does your stomach?

Does your chest expand?

Do you feel like running?

Do you feel really grounded?

So really sit with what those sensations are.

Now in your next inhale I want you to think about something that really drains you.

Something that you hate doing.

Someone that you don't enjoy being around.

What is exhausting to you?

And how can you feel that in your body?

What does it feel like to feel that weight?

To feel drained?

To feel exhausted?

To not feel excited about something?

Do you feel heavy?

Do you,

You know,

Do your shoulders tense up?

Does your neck start to hurt?

Does your throat start to close?

You know if it's too much you can,

You can of course back off but just start to take notice of where in your body you feel your big no.

Where in your body you feel your big no.

Now take another breath in and return to your big yes.

To that thing that you love,

That you're excited about.

To that sensation in your body.

Come back to your big yes.

I really enjoy being in that space.

And then when you feel ready you can start to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Shake out your legs.

Maybe roll your shoulders and stretch and start to flutter your eyes open.

So how was that?

How was that experience of finding and tuning into your big yes and your big no?

So today's challenge is as you go about your day tap into your big yes and your big no.

See if the things that really energizes you gives you that same feeling of the big yes and the things that drain you give you that same feeling of the big no and really journal around around what those feelings are,

What those sensations are because that's your intuition,

That's your gut.

I hear all the time from my clients,

You know,

Does your gut ever lie to you?

Does it ever lead you astray?

No,

You always have that with you.

It won't lie to you and you know the skill that you're developing is being able to more quickly,

More easily access it,

To to hear when it's speaking to you,

To hear when it's saying like you should go after that that job,

You should,

You know,

Maybe not even should like this would be really fun for you or this could be,

You know,

Really aligned.

This would really resonate or the big no like maybe you shouldn't hang out with that person anymore.

Maybe you and this one friend have outgrown each other.

Maybe you gotta get out of this relationship.

Maybe you can't invite that one person to your wedding.

Maybe you gotta change your job.

Maybe you gotta move.

What is it?

So now that you have your big yes and your big no,

You know,

Your challenge is to really tap into that and learn how to access it more easily.

That is a form of self-love to make decisions from this empowered place.

So I look forward to hearing how that goes for you.

It's been a huge part of my huge part of my journey to really learn how to quiet the noise and hear myself,

My body,

Giving me these signals about what my big yes is and what my big no is.

So I hope it's just as valuable for you.

I look forward to hearing how it goes for you.

Great reminder to really listen to my intuition and that my gut DOESN'T lie to me. I will replay this again and again. Thank you.
