When you're connected to yourself.
Your home.

You can be any age.
And you have endless value.
You can feel empowered or feel tired.
And in both moments you have endless value.
In every state,
The whole compassionate universe is on your side.
Whether you make a mistake.
Or it feels like you did just the right thing.
Whether you wake up in a good mood.
Or you wake up with anxiety,
In every state,
You are home.
As long as you stay connected to your highest intention.
Your values.
Your self-compassion.
As long as you feel that an endless resource.
And an endlessly valuable universe is inside you.
You always have your moment-to-moment awareness.
Everywhere you are.
And there's no past,
There's only moment-to-moment awareness through different spaces,
Different states.
Through all of that,
You are eternal.
And there's nothing to be afraid of.

You are safe.
Because the whole universe is helping you find joy and growth.
