Meditation,

Your inner dashboard.

Take your time finding a comfortable position sitting on a cushion,

A chair or lying on a bed or sofa,

If that's what's best for you today.

When you feel ready,

Close your eyes and gently start paying attention to your breath,

Your inhale,

Your exhale,

Observing your inhale,

Observing your exhale,

Observing the pose in between,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Your neck,

Any tension in your chest,

Your upper back,

Middle back,

Lower back,

Your stomach,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes,

Your hands,

Your fingers,

Your eyes,

Your forehead,

The top of your head.

Going back to your breath,

Start lengthening your inhale and deepening your exhale.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Imagine a dashboard appearing in front of you.

It's a very special dashboard,

It is actually connected to your inner world.

It has many buttons and you can see each one has a different level under it.

It actually features your different level of energy,

Rest,

Happiness,

Joy,

Fear,

Worry,

Stress,

Connection to others,

Nourishment,

Physical well-being,

Self-esteem,

Self-love.

The buttons are positioned differently for each feature,

From 0 to 100.

You take the time to look at each of them,

Observing the current levels indicated on the dashboard,

Reflecting how you feel right now.

By looking closer,

You realize you can actually adjust the levels yourself by turning the buttons from 0 to 100.

You start choosing one particular button,

The one that has the lowest level today.

Slowly and mindfully,

You turn it and can feel the immediate impact on your body and mind.

You feel a sense of greater alignment within you.

It's a mix of release and inner freedom.

You are in control.

You can choose to increase or decrease that feeling,

That emotion,

As you wish,

So it aligns with your own needs.

You decide to continue playing with the dashboard,

Adjusting the buttons that are calling you,

Taking your time to feel as close as possible to what is best for you today or right now.

You can actually add new buttons or remove some that don't feel right for you.

It is your very own dashboard.

You have total control and freedom over it.

Once you are done,

You feel a deep sense of connection to yourself,

To who you are.

You have dropped judgments,

Expectations,

And have been able to adjust to your own needs.

Start connecting to your breath again.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Long inhale,

Deep exhale.

Scanning each part of your body with a sense of peace,

Safety,

And accomplishment.

When you feel ready,

You can slowly open your eyes,

Coming back to the room you are in.

You now know you can come back to your dashboard anytime you need to.

Coming back to this recording or simply remembering that it is always within you,

Ready for you to tune in and make any necessary adjustments.
