A meditation for dissolving fear. Sometimes when my fear and anxiety levels spike, I find the quickest pathway back to centeredness is to scan my body. In this meditation, I guide you to practice getting rooted in my felt sensations. We then move onto noticing how the mental noise and emotional residue of fear is depositing its way into any tightness and tensions. We then work to accept what we feel. And in that compassionate witnessing, fear dissolves. Made with care, for you dear listener.
