Well,

Hello everyone.

How are you doing today?

I hope you're doing fabulous.

I'm doing very well.

This is going to be a pretty short podcast today.

We're going to look at a simple yet powerful tool of building your abundant mindset.

This tool helps you switch from a scarcity mindset to an abundant mindset.

When we're in an abundant mindset,

So much more possibility opens up for us.

So I hope you get a lot of benefit from it.

It's a really useful tool that I'm going to teach you.

I absolutely love this tool.

I use it all the time in my own practice and journaling and just anytime where I'm finding I'm in a scarcity mindset and need to click back over more into an abundance mindset to benefit and be useful in my life.

When we're in an abundant mindset,

We are just open to so much more possibility.

We can create so much more,

Find solutions,

And just have an overall sense of well-being when we're in the abundance mindset versus a scarcity mindset.

So this tool is incredibly easy and it's practicing wanting what you already have.

So let's dive in.

This exercise puts you in a state of appreciation.

It's a wonderful practice when you are working on building a mindset of abundance or gratitude or even appreciation.

All of these emotions generate a lot of powerful positive state within us,

Which is why not only does it feel amazing but creates an open state where we can create,

Find solutions,

Or simply just enjoy being present in the moment.

So to practice this exercise,

All you're going to do is practice saying out loud or even writing it down statements of things that you want but you already have.

Now these statements may be of things that you have but aren't in their future state of where you want them to be and that's perfectly fine.

What you're doing is practicing wanting what you already have.

We can still appreciate what we have now in this moment even before it may be in the ideal state of what we're dreaming of creating or having in our future.

So when we appreciate or when we want what we already have,

This creates that mindset of abundance.

We're recognizing what we already have that we want and already have.

So here are some examples.

I want to have a hugahome and I have a hugahome.

I want to have a car that I enjoy to drive and I have a car that I enjoy to drive.

I want to be healthy and I am healthy.

I want to have a loving family and I have a loving family.

I want to have clothes I feel great to wear and I have clothes that I feel great to wear.

So you see how easy this is.

Try it out for yourself.

Come up with at least 25 things that you already have but that you want.

Things that you want but you already have.

And use the same sentence structure.

I want to have fill in the blank of what you want to have and then and I have repeat what you already have.

So it's wanting what you already have.

Now these statements can be of anything of any size.

Small things that you may have wanted at one time in your past and now you have.

It can be anything.

I want to have long fingernails and I have long fingernails.

I want to have a morning routine and I have a morning routine.

Right?

So just let your mind run with this and get in the habit of practicing wanting what you already have.

See what changes in your mind and see what feelings and emotions come up in your body when you start to put your focus on things that you already have that you've wanted or that you want.

All right everyone.

I hope this helps.

Practice it.

It's super fun.

It's really easy and it makes you feel amazing and puts you back in that abundant mindset.

All right everyone.

Well that is it for me today.

I will talk to you soon.

I hope you're doing well.

Bye for now.
