Taking a few slow,
Deep breaths,
Really breathing into your belly,
That deepest part of the belly,
That womb space,
Your center.
Each inhale maybe rocks you forward just a little bit.
And each exhale,
You just sift and sink back into your seat bones.
Breathing in,
Maybe rocking forward.
And breathing out,
Rocking back.
For this meditation,
If you want to move forward and back like that,
Please do.
And if you want to sit in silence,
That's okay.
Stillness,
That's fine too.
As you sit still,
I want you to tune into the trust frequency,
This energy that first and foremost must be grounded.
We think about the fact that we are energetic beings.
And when electricity moves,
When energy moves,
It must literally be grounded,
Put in the ground.
And then it has a case around the electricity to allow for it to move in a specific direction.
And it's as if our bodies are that case.
Our bodies are that protection.
Our bodies hold that energy.
Just breathing in and out with this awareness that we are energy.
We are an electromagnetic pulse.
We are made up of vibrating atoms and particles.
And we have two tracks.
We have the track of fear and we have the track of love,
Ultimately.
And in this meditation,
Let's tune into the path of love,
The vibration and the frequency of trust that life is actually working for us,
Even with medical bills or layoff or the death of the family or just the sheer worry that lives in the body.
We just simply let that all go with each exhale.
We just let it drip off the body.
We just let that energy leave.
We let it move wherever it wants to in the body and we listen.
Breathing into that womb space.
Sending a relaxation message to the nervous system.
Releasing the jaw and in your imagination,
I invite you to tune into what this frequency of trust feels like today in your body.
In this beautiful vessel that holds energy,
You might notice something that arises in the body,
Maybe some tension or constriction or extra energy and simply send your breath there.
Each exhale softening,
Bringing a kindness to yourself.
Each inhale expanding and each exhale contracting.
Maybe you even take your hands to your low belly to your womb space and you just fill fully up on the inhales,
One hand over the other.
And then you contract your belly button to your spine on the exhales,
Rocking forward as you breathe in if that feels good and rocking back.
Simply creating this somatic movement in the body that offers a sense of relaxation and calm like a mother would rock a baby,
Just offering that to yourself.
Making space for all the sounds present,
Just integrating them into your experience.
I'd like you to,
If it feels comfortable,
To come into your womb space and really let your attention rest there,
This intuitive wisdom that you have as a woman,
This highly sensitive and very aware person that you are and tune into your body.
Tune into this frequency of trust.
Tune into this element of flow that women know so well.
This place of pleasure,
This place of love,
This place of creation that is the womb.
And see if you might linger there and listen deeply for the next few minutes of silence.
Relaxing the jaw,
Releasing the tongue.
On each exhale,
Softening and then inhaling into the womb space,
Calling forth the archetype of the divine feminine who lives inside of you,
Who is trusting.
But of course,
Life is unfolding in this way.
You're doing great.
Letting the worries drift away and allowing for trust to be what we're leaning into,
What we're actively choosing,
What we're actively deciding,
What we're cutting off any other option but trust right now with the support of this divine feminine archetype,
Inviting her to come forward and be with us through the rest of this meditation,
To help guide us when we might get lost,
To help us when our mind wanders into another place of a lower vibration.
Nope,
Nope,
Come on back.
Stay with the love and the trust.
This is our practice.
Notice what it's like to continue to bring yourself back to this trust frequency,
To this feeling of trust.
See if you can breathe it into every cell and bring a sense of kindness,
A softness to the face,
Remembering not to take life so seriously.
And for the last few minutes,
Just tuning into what you are grateful for today.
Make a list.
And when you make the list,
Don't just say the words but actually feel how grateful you are in your body,
Like breathe in that feeling of gratitude for your family,
For where you live,
For this beautiful body,
For this incredible life of endless opportunity,
To name a few.
What else?
Breathe it in,
Letting your body know what trust feels like in this meditative state so that you can find it again amidst life-lifing,
Amidst life doing its thing,
Its unpredictable topsy-turvy expansion and contraction thing that it's always doing.
And may this practice help us continue to find our center,
Our womb,
The divine feminine and masculine that lives in us so that we can be this trusting being for the world,
Which is so needed right now,
Not just for ourselves and for your children,
But for the planet herself and all beings everywhere.
Taking a few more deep breaths,
Releasing the formal meditation when you feel ready,
Taking your time,
Nice and slow,
Intentional,
Namaste.
