Welcome to this moment.
Begin to slow down and soften into your heart,
Your body,
Your breath.
Gently closing your eyes if that feels right to you.
Begin to see your inner world.
Just notice what's going on within.
Follow your breath in.
Notice if there's this awareness of duality.
Parts of you that are ready to slow down,
Rest,
And parts of you that feel urgency,
A need to do more.
Allow this duality to exist within you.
Give it space.
Let it be.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Feel that in this moment there is no rush.
This moment is the only moment we know for sure.
This moment is your life.
Give yourself permission to feel ease here,
To stop rushing.
Can you actually feel the pace of your mind slow down?
Can you feel your nervous system begin to crawl,
Steady,
Slow?
Let go.
Sink deeper into this moment.
Release all of the urgency.
Release the pressure,
The expectations,
The constant doing.
You no longer need to collaborate with urgency.
Nature does not hurry yet everything is accomplished.
What a gift it is to really know and feel that you are right on time.
When you release the urgency,
The constant movement,
The never sitting down,
Thinking that you need to be busy in order to be productive.
When you release all of this,
You return to your true essence,
Your true nature.
Calm,
Steady,
Grounded energy.
That is what can carry you through your day.
With compassion,
Grace,
Joy,
Peace and calm.
Notice how ease feels in your heart,
Your mind,
Your body.
Really embody this ease.
You are worthy of peace.
You are worthy of slowing down.
Allow yourself to just be here in the non-doing without any rush,
Any agenda.
Surrender to this moment.
Only when you're ready,
Bring awareness to your surroundings.
Notice the temperature in the room.
What can you hear?
Allow yourself to rest deeper into whatever is holding you.
The chair,
The cushion,
The ground.
Feel ease fill your entire body from head to toe.
You are right on time.
May you remember you get to choose the pace of your life.
Go slowly,
No rush.
Breath in.
Welcome back some movement into your hands,
Your feet.
Maybe find a gentle shoulder roll opening your heart.
Rock your head side to side,
Stretching your neck.
Slowly,
Eventually,
Take a breath in.
As you exhale,
Open your eyes if they were closed.
Ah,
Find a soft smile.
Take it slow into the next moment,
My friend,
And the next one.
You're right on time.
From my heart to yours.
