Hi my friend,

Welcome into this moment.

You are not alone if you've been feeling anxiety and worry.

There is so much going on in the world and I feel it too.

So together let's come back to this present moment and the safety here.

Soften into your heart.

Maybe it would feel grounding to place your hands over your heart or wrap yourself up in a hug.

Breathe in slow.

Exhale slower.

Steady inhale.

Slow,

Steady exhale.

Soothing your nervous system here.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Softening your entire face.

Feel ease wash over your shoulders.

Releasing any tension.

Allow your mind to rest on this mantra.

What I see is not my reality.

I am safe.

I am here.

What I see is not my reality.

I am safe.

I am here.

What I see is not my reality.

I am safe.

I am here.

What I see is not my reality.

I am safe.

I am here.

Feel your body releasing any anxiety,

Any worry.

Allowing yourself to feel the peace of this present moment.

What I see is not my reality.

I am safe.

I am here.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

What I see is not my reality.

I am safe.

I am here.

My friend,

What else do you need to hear in this moment?

Worrying will not change the outcome.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are grounded.

Whisper anything else you need to hear.

If it feels right to you,

Hold yourself a little bit tighter and begin to sway a little.

Side to side or maybe back and forth.

This is a beautiful way to soothe your nervous system.

Bring a gentle rocking motion.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in slowly.

This time as you exhale,

Make a shhhhh sound.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale,

Shhhhh.

Feel everything soften,

Soothing your soul.

I am safe.

I am here.

Breathe in.

Exhale,

Shhhhh.

Feeling a subtle shift in your heart,

Your nervous system.

Finding stillness if you haven't already.

Notice how it feels to really hold yourself.

Knowing that it makes sense that you feel waves of anxiety.

Makes sense to feel the fear.

But you are here.

Bring awareness to the ground beneath you.

It is unwavering.

Steady.

Feel really rooted here.

Soften into this feeling that you've created.

May you carry this practice with you and come back to it as many times as you need.

Holding yourself through it all.

Breath in.

I'm here for you,

My friend.

You got this.

From my heart to yours.

Eileen, your meditations go from strength to strength! This one, while challenging at first, was profound for me. It took a while, but with the spaciousness you provided, I was able to feel into the 'I am' that is the witnessing consciousness. Thank you dear friend 🙏 ❤️
