I know we have been programmed to believe that we need to do more to be productive. When in reality, the best thing you can do for yourself (and the most productive) is choose to slow down, stop rushing, and rest your mind.

Hi my friend.

This is a meditation for you to slow down and regain your presence.

There are so many gifts waiting for you in the present moment.

You just need to slow down and be here to experience them all.

Give yourself the peace of dropping into this moment.

Closing your eyes if you'd like.

Allow your shoulders to slide down your back.

Feel your entire face soften and rest.

Breathe in slow.

Exhale.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Become aware of whatever is holding you.

Feel the connection points between your hands and your lap.

Feeling your feet rooted.

Your entire body held and supported.

You are here.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

What if there's nothing about this moment that you need to change?

You just need to be here for this moment.

Allow yourself to be present to your life as it is right here.

Inhale.

Exhale.

There is no rush.

You are right on time.

The universe is not in a rush.

You are.

Whenever you feel overwhelmed or behind,

Remember nature does not hurry and yet everything is accomplished.

There is no rush.

Follow your breath in.

Follow your breath out.

You are free to rest here.

Feel how your heart can regain its steadiness right here.

What if you don't have to force yourself forward?

What if you can go slowly?

What if you are the one rushing your life?

Feel the ease here and the peace here as you slow down.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Open your heart to any messages that you are meant to receive right now.

May you move forward with more clarity and a sense of steadiness as you go slowly.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes gently.

Maybe slowly rock your head side to side.

Inhale as you bring your shoulders up to your ears.

Exhale as you drop them down.

Notice this new energy within you.

Feel this shift in your state.

What will you move forward with now?

Take it easy.

Take it slowly.

Inhale.

Exhale.

One more inhale.

Let it go.

From my heart to yours.
