Hi my friend.

Begin the process of slowing down.

Maybe close your eyes if that feels right.

Start to slow down the breath and the mind will follow.

Slow,

Steady inhale.

Slower exhale.

Allow yourself to sink into this moment.

There is no rush.

You are free to land here.

Slow down.

Start to feel how the stillness can soothe you.

Feel every inch of you still,

Steady,

Grounding.

Inward is the way to clarity.

When we are still,

Intuition can speak.

Clarity can be discovered.

What is it my friend you are seeking clarity on?

What is it my friend you are seeking clarity about?

And instead of reaching outward,

Looking externally for what you should do,

Draw your awareness inward.

Allow your inner voice,

Your intuition to guide you.

Look within and see clearly.

Ask yourself the questions only you know to receive clarity,

To receive your own inner wisdom.

Maybe feel your palms opening,

This posture of surrender.

Letting go of any path that you've been attached to.

Allowing the unfolding.

Let the clarity take time.

And in the meantime,

Allow your knowing to guide you.

And feel this reconnection with your intuition.

Maybe the clarity you are seeking is really just connection back to you.

In,

Out,

Slow down and hear your soul speak.

Maybe clarity isn't about seeing,

It's actually about feeling.

And the clarity we're looking for that frees us from uncertainty and fear and anxiety and anxiety is really just peace of mind.

And my friend right here,

You can feel peace of mind despite all you do not know.

What would be the next best step?

Start there.

And just sit with it.

Allow whatever wants to rise to come to the surface of your heart.

Feel into the clarity.

And instead of what you want to happen,

Clarity is about allowing what wants to happen.

Breathe in gently.

Exhale,

Let it go.

And exhale,

Let it go.

Lisa Alivera writes,

The point of the unknown isn't to finally figure it out and get clarity.

It's to learn how to trust ourselves in the midst of it all.

No matter what you can see now,

Feel now.

No matter what is unfolding that you cannot see just yet.

And can you choose to trust every step you take?

Be clear on the fact that you can trust yourself.

And there is no rush.

You can slow down.

And you can go slowly.

And there is no rush.

You can slow down.

And you can go slowly.

Freeing your mind of the urgency to figure it all out.

That is true clarity and acceptance.

That is true peace of mind.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale,

Release.

And exhale,

Release.

Feel what has shifted in your heart now.

Allow any more messages and meditation to meet you now.

Really become aware of the cushion beneath you.

The support.

The warmth.

Notice the temperature of the room around you.

Any noises near or far.

As you become ready,

Moving the hands,

The feet.

Welcoming yourself back into your space.

And your next inhale,

Blinking your eyes open.

Exhale.

May you continue to come back to your inner guidance and trust yourself.

That is the clarity you really need.

From my heart to yours.
