Hi my friend.

Begin to get comfortable and really soften into whatever is holding you.

Close your eyes if that feels right and begin to slow down.

Discover a slow breath in and an even slower exhale.

Slower exhale.

It is safe to slow down.

Our minds,

Our bodies,

Our souls need the rest.

We need to do nothing from time to time.

There is productivity in the non-doing,

In the rest.

There is purpose here in the pause.

Breathe in and let it go.

Allow everything to melt.

Let your mind rest.

Feel your thoughts slow down.

Maybe there is just a little bit more space between each thought.

Become aware of the stillness in your body.

You are free to rest here.

You have full permission to just be.

Everything can wait.

There are no expectations of you.

Can you feel the relief and the peace in this slowing down?

Exhale and let it all go.

This pause,

This stillness is healing.

This meditation is for you to feel renewed.

All by doing nothing.

As you slow down your breath,

Can you notice the pace of your mind slows down with it?

Inhale,

Right here there is no rush.

Right here you are right on time.

May you continue to go slowly,

Go gently.

Let there be peace in the pace of your life.

Remember to prioritize the slowing down.

This my friend is the most productive thing you will do all day.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Notice the beautiful shift you might feel just by pausing.

Feel this slow energy within you,

A rejuvenation,

A retreat within.

Notice how your nervous system feels now.

Slow breath in.

Big exhale.

Go slowly now as you invite movement back into your body.

Bring awareness back into the space around you.

See if you can physically go slower today.

Go slowly,

My friend,

There is no rush.

Breath in,

Breath out.
