Hi my friend,
Meditation is what allows us to pause and recognize the stories we are telling ourselves.
When we get really quiet we can shift into the observing mind and really see the story that might be running our lives and holding us back.
Allow yourself to turn inward,
Closing your eyes if you'd like.
Let your entire body soften,
Sinking and settling into whatever is holding you.
Feel the weight of your legs,
Your hips.
Feel your back supported,
Allowing your shoulders to drop down and your arms to feel heavy.
Feel the neck and your jaw relax.
Relax.
Soften your temples,
Your eyes,
Your mind.
Inhale deep,
Exhale release.
See yourself in this moment as you slow down your breath.
Notice the story that has been repeating in your mind.
Recognize that this story is filled with limiting beliefs.
Creating a false inner narrative.
Maybe the story is long or maybe it's short and sweet.
Simply stating,
I am not enough.
I don't belong here.
My voice isn't heard.
What story will you no longer collaborate with?
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Really feel your awareness shift from over analyzing,
Overthinking to just seeing the truth that this story is keeping you small.
The story is keeping you stuck.
The story is trying to keep you safe.
But you,
My friend,
You are safe.
You don't need the story.
You need to remember all that you are.
You need to remember your true essence.
The you that is storyless.
The you that is deeply connected to your true self and your deep knowing.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I release the stories that do not serve.
I release the stories that do not serve.
I release the stories that do not support my growth.
I release the stories that do not support my growth.
When you release the story,
You embrace uncertainty and vulnerability.
You embrace uncertainty and vulnerability.
And you can return to self-trust.
Can you feel the relief in letting go of the inner narrative that doesn't uplift you,
That doesn't bring you peace?
Feel the relief.
Follow the breath in and follow it out.
Zaina Keithley writes,
Don't let the fear of not being the best at something stop you from moving forward.
Best doesn't always mean most successful.
Best doesn't always mean most successful.
You know who is successful?
Someone who begins.
Someone who is willing to take one step at a time and learn along the way.
Someone who practices consistency over perfection.
Someone who writes down their goals and follows up with aligned action.
Someone who is willing to try,
Even if that means stumbling and picking themselves up a few times along the way.
Most people will never be the absolute best at anything.
Rather than trying to be the best,
Be someone who shows up.
Be the one who is willing to learn from your experiences.
Be the one who doesn't quit when faced with adversity.
Be the one who is willing to believe in your strength over your fear of failure.
Your fears.
Be the one willing to trust your inner wisdom to guide you.
Even if it doesn't make sense to anyone else.
Pour endless grace and compassion into yourself as you figure it out.
That's how you succeed.
Not by being the best today,
But by being willing to step forward even when you can't see the entire path ahead of you.
Taking one step at a time.
One breath at a time.
And knowing deep down you already have what it takes.
You just have to release that story.
And choose to move forward.
Breathe in slow.
Let it go.
Sit with whatever is shifting within you.
Notice the clarity now in the space you've created in your mind and in your heart.
Continue to have the awareness and release the story.
Maybe again and again and again.
Nothing is outside of your reach.
Everything you need is within you.
Keep showing up.
Keep going.
Keep moving forward.
Really releasing this energy that keeps you stuck.
Breathe in.
Sigh it out.
And now really feel the empowerment and readiness rise within you.
Take this into the rest of your day.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
