When was the last time you sat with yourself and got quiet enough to hear your own insight? This meditation is unique because I share a quote by Brianna Wiest that really feels like a powerful reminder for when things feel challenging. It's a reminder of the invitation. You will have time to sit with the quote and listen to your inner knowing. I hope it is a beautiful process of allowing the words to land on your heart and welcoming any more wisdom and clarity to come forward.

Hi friend,

This meditation is for you to listen to a powerful quote that I found and then sit with yourself in the quiet of your own mind and to just allow insight and your inner wisdom to rise within you,

Giving yourself time to just sit and be.

It's a very powerful practice because if we are quiet enough,

Certain messages can meet our heart.

This really is bringing you back to the simple power of meditation.

Start to turn inward and soften,

Maybe closing your eyes,

Allowing your hands to rest comfortably on your lap or maybe hands on your heart.

Rediscover your breath.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

What does your breath mean to you today?

What gifts are in your deep breath?

Inhale.

Exhale.

Being still and quiet gives your mind a break from all the input.

And that break creates space in your thinking mind which allows you to hear your own voice and get back in tune with your inner compass,

Your inner wisdom.

Notice how good it feels to let go of all the external input and just be here.

Soften a little more.

Inhale slowly.

Big exhale.

Listen to these words with your heart and then sit with it.

Sit with whatever comes up,

Whatever resonates with you.

And allow yourself to receive any messages or clarity.

Brianna Weiss writes,

It's disrupting you because it's trying to move you to a kinder thought,

To a better place,

To a deeper knowing.

It is trying to open up a piece of your heart that you have closed to soften you in the places where life has left its harshest scars.

It is trying to inspire your forgiveness to meet others in the moment as they are now.

It is trying to help you stop keeping the past alive by maintaining outdated perceptions and it's trying to bring you firmly into this moment.

It's unnerving to you because it is a messenger and you have not yet heard what it is trying to say.

It is persistent because you need it,

Even if you don't want it.

It's here because it intends to grow you and it won't pass until you agree to let it stretch you past the tiny confines of a life half-lived.

Slow breath in,

Big exhale.

Really allow what stood out to you to land in your heart.

Feel the power of your breath.

Really allow what stood out to you to land in your heart.

Feel the power of getting quiet and listening.

May you remember whatever comes your way is an invitation,

A messenger.

It's time to move beyond a life half-lived.

Breathe in slow,

Let it go.

Feel the shift within you.

Recognize that today you were able to be your own guide.

Even if your mind wandered,

You brought yourself back.

That is the practice.

You chose to listen to your inner voice.

That is the practice.

From my heart to yours.

Lovely. I had a clarity come through: the further away from my truth, the more I suffered. I saw my timeline, back to a time where I didn't know how far removed I actually was, despite seeking. You have a lot of love in your voice, I love your meditations. Thank you
