Welcome to this new day.

What a gift it is that you are choosing to pause before you enter into the day.

Gently close your eyes if you'd like.

Breathe in deeply.

Big exhale.

Allow yourself to feel this immediate peace and surrender.

Maybe opening your palms.

Surrendering to this day.

Knowing that what is for you will not pass you.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Drop into the calm within you.

No matter the chaos around you,

You are free to feel calm right here.

You don't have to wait until the end of the day to feel relief,

To relax.

You can let go right here.

Unwind.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Allow the tension in your shoulders to float away.

Feel your jaw relax.

Allow your entire face to soften.

Before you do anything,

You are free to be.

Feel yourself slow down even more into the stillness.

Allowing this moment to be everything.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Open your heart to these beautiful words.

It's a poem called The Air That Moves You.

We are always in transition.

Stretching,

Growing,

Expanding our edges.

One day we will wake up and reveal the truth that none of this is permanent.

All is temporary.

And the time for forgiveness has always been now.

So move through your blocking.

Release what keeps you tethered to the ground.

Step out of comparison and open your palms to your own unique brilliant experience.

The one that is unfolding just for you.

Because it is.

For it's in the unknown we find a deeper understanding.

We come alive in the mystery of it all.

Notice how your heart feels now.

What wisdom will you carry with you today?

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Enjoy the unfolding of today.

From my heart to yours.

Oh Eileen, what a useful short meditation. It is so easy for me to become drawn ointo the whirlpool of mental busyness . first thing in the morning, so this meditation is an ideal way to halt the dystegulating morning mayhem. Once again you have beautifully addressed an important need. Thank you as always šŸ™ā¤ šŸ™šŸ„°šŸ™

The wisdom I take into my day today is to remember the feeling of calmness and peace that I get from being still, being present, compassionate and kind and patient with myself and others. Thank you, darling girl, this is a simple yet powerful meditation. That was just what I needed this morning. šŸ’žšŸ’–šŸ’ž

Before you do anything, you are free to just be. What is meant for you will not pass you by. I’m always trying to accomplish it all and feel flustered getting to it all from the moment I wake up no matter how early I wake up. This was so nice to hear. I need to remind myself of this. I need to remind myself to consciously breathe during my day. Thank you for helping me start my morning.
