Welcome to this moment my friend.

Allow yourself to find a place that feels really grounding and comforting.

Maybe laying down or finding a really cozy seat.

If it feels right,

Closing your eyes and place your hands over your heart.

Breath out.

Connect with your heart right away.

Remind yourself you will be okay.

Despite all that is swirling,

All that is overwhelming you,

You will be okay.

You my friend have permission to rest,

To let go,

To do nothing.

You have permission to do less,

Especially when dealing with more.

Breathe in slowly.

Let it go.

Gently visualize you laying on grass in a beautiful field or a peaceful park.

Imagine the weather is just right.

Maybe there's warmth from the sun,

Yet a refreshing breeze.

As you lay down you feel held and you know you can let go here.

You allow your palms to face up towards the sky.

You feel your body sink into the earth.

You are held.

You are supported.

Steady breath in.

Big exhale.

Imagine your gaze looks up towards the sky and you see beautiful clouds just gently passing by.

These clouds remind you that nothing is permanent.

Everything is passing,

All while you remain steady,

Calm,

Grounded.

As peace washes over you,

You observe the clouds just slowly moving on by.

Within each cloud you can see a thought,

See the emotions,

See the situation just passing by.

Without any effort,

There it goes.

Feeling a little bit more free with every breath.

Inhaling.

Exhaling.

Nothing is final.

Everything is impermanent.

Right here can you remember your resiliency?

Your ability to stand your ground no matter what comes your way?

Continue to visualize the clouds passing.

Everything evolving and changing.

Feeling at peace.

Letting the clouds carry any of your worries,

Any of your doubts,

Any overwhelm.

All of your anxiety and fear carried away by the clouds.

Let it go.

See it all passing.

Notice what's shifting inside of you.

Become aware of how you feel now.

Embody this peaceful version of you just witnessing the clouds passing.

Bring forward this neutral observer.

This version of you that knows nothing lasts forever.

You will be okay.

You are okay.

Allow yourself to rest even more today.

You are worthy.

You don't need to justify anything.

Take really good care of your mind,

Your body,

Your heart.

Allow the visualization to drift away if you haven't already.

If it feels right,

Wrap yourself up in a hug.

Wrapping your arms around you.

Give yourself a warm embrace.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Tell yourself something you need to hear.

Take really good care of you.

Go slowly now.

Coming back into the room you're in.

Maybe finding some gentle movement.

Blinking your eyes open if they were closed.

Reorient yourself in the room you're in.

Looking around gently.

Maybe looking out a window.

Carry this practice with you.

Let's take one more breath in.

And one more breath out.

From my heart to yours.
