Welcome to this moment.

Allow your eager,

Impatient,

Overwhelmed heart to rest here.

Breathe in slow.

Big sigh.

Use your sound.

Inhale.

Big exhale.

Releasing a little bit of the overwhelm,

The frustration.

Inhale.

Exhale.

It makes sense to feel how you feel.

If it feels safe,

Closing your eyes if you haven't already and place your hands over your heart.

Maybe hold the ache in your heart.

Steady breath in.

Steady breath out.

Sometimes the path feels wrong.

And we can get impatient because it doesn't look exactly how we think it should look.

What if the detours and dead ends are taking you where you need to go?

Feel this full body surrender.

Letting go of the desire to rush the process.

Letting in the trust of divine timing.

Opening your palms.

Releasing the tight grip around all the shoulds.

Around the energy of I should be here by now.

This should have happened by now.

Release the desire of wanting to know what's next.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Let it take time.

Let it take time.

You can never lose what is truly yours.

Allow these words to really shift something within you.

You can never lose what is truly yours.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Remembering that all that is meant for you will never pass you.

And all that is good and beautiful takes time.

Worrying and rushing will never change the outcome.

So shift your energy elsewhere.

Resting the mind on the trust.

Embracing the process.

Remembering that deep down there is surrender.

There is patience within you.

Continuing to open your palms here.

A true act of surrender.

Openness.

Allowing.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Brianna Weist writes,

Sometimes you get what you want.

Other times you get a lesson in patience,

Timing,

Alignment,

Empathy,

Compassion,

Faith,

Perseverance,

Resilience,

Humility,

Trust,

Meaning,

Awareness,

Resistance,

Purpose,

Clarity,

Grief,

Beauty,

And life.

Either way,

You win.

And if there is a desire for something in your heart,

It is meant to be yours.

It is already here for you.

Your future is being held in trust for you until you are ready to receive it.

The moment you let go,

You come back to patience.

You ready yourself to receive it all.

Trust them.

Find peace in that.

Breathe in.

Let it go.

You can never lose what is truly yours.

What does your intuition have to say?

Listen to your inner voice.

Inhale slow.

Exhale even slower.

Notice your inner world now.

Notice how maybe you have rediscovered peace and patience in the process.

Welcome back to this meditation as many times as you need,

My friend.

Welcome yourself now to this moment with new awareness,

New insight.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Welcome from my heart to yours.
