My friend, I know sometimes our feelings arise and we want to push them away and avoid them. What you resist will only persist. The best thing you can do for yourself is give yourself full permission to feel. You have to feel it to free it. It's time to remember it is safe to express your feelings and you are allowed to feel. This meditation will help you drop in and allow yourself to feel all that you are feeling right now.

Hi friend,

This is for you when you feel a big feeling start to arise an old programming says to push the feeling aside you know that feeling is healing so this meditation is for you to drop into what you're feeling and just feel it fully turn inward slowly maybe closing your eyes if that feels okay and really just see yourself breathe in slow let it go what feeling is asking to be felt you are allowed to feel give yourself full permission right here to cry to scream to do what you need to do feel it to free it yes you can feel it to free it breathe with the feeling inhale exhale bringing your fingertips to your heart space and just begin tapping your heart tap tap tap tap awaken the feeling or maybe you shake your arms moving the feeling through so it doesn't get stuck in your body and encourage the breath to deepen inhale exhale allow yourself to go there to go all in into this feeling knowing that this feeling is not final it's just asking to be felt so let go of the feeling feel it acknowledge it inhale deeply let it go and now just sit in stillness notice notice the sensations in your body the calm after the storm the stillness after the wave of emotion inhale exhale inhale exhale jaya john writes they say you are emotional i say you are all the way alive life is an emotion feel it it our feelings are not asking for intervention they are asking for our attention don't let yourself be an underfeeler feel fully notice how there's a little bit of softness to you tenderness how even if the feeling hasn't gone away there's a relief we find freedom again from feeling i'm so proud of you for choosing to go in and express your feelings in the quiet of your own mind and heart it is a gift to feel it is your right to feel if it feels okay wrap your arms around you give yourself a hug and embrace you deserve your own support become aware of your own touch and love you are not alone in any feeling slow breath in big exhale maybe as you hold yourself sway a little side to side soothing your soul and whisper something that you need to hear gently allow your hands to rest in your lap breath in let it go notice how the energy of emotion has shifted in your body maybe feeling a little bit lighter noticing how good it feels to let your feelings be free notice how good it feels to let your feelings be welcomed and embraced you are all the way alive and you are never alone i feel it too let's take one more breath together inhale exhale from my feeling heart to yours
