Welcome to this moment.

Let yourself slowly settle in.

If it feels right to you,

Closing your eyes.

Just notice right away what it feels like to turn inward.

Begin to follow your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Really feel the journey of your breath through the body.

Inhaling through the nose.

Feel the breath fill your lungs.

Exhale out your mouth.

Release it all.

You can just be here.

I know it can feel like too much.

The weight of anxiety and overwhelm can feel so heavy.

This,

Though,

My friend,

Is only when we have forgotten.

When we have forgotten to come home.

If it resonates with you,

Place a hand or two over your heart and breathe into your heart's space.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Your heart is your home.

I know sometimes we feel it's easier to run away or it's easier to continue moving forward without coming home.

You are worthy of this renewal.

You just have to turn inward and come back.

Really feel your awareness settle into your heart,

Your home.

Your home is where you can unwind your mind.

You can leave everything that isn't serving you at the door.

You can stay a while and rest.

Imagine welcoming yourself with open arms.

Giving yourself a warm embrace.

Welcome home.

You don't need to do anything now,

But be.

Coming home is like telling yourself,

Let me take care of you.

You can be without it all.

When you are home,

Anxiety,

Doubt,

Fear,

Overwhelm,

It cannot reach you.

You are safe.

Breathe in.

Big sigh.

Really feel your attention soften into your heart.

Stay here a little while.

What a gift it is to know that you don't have to go anywhere but inward to remember your peace,

To free your mind.

You just need to take one step toward you and come back home.

Can you feel the returning,

The arrival?

Notice the shift within you now that you are home.

Welcome back my friend.

Stay as long as you need.

Inhale slowly,

Let it go.

Give yourself permission to not rush,

To maybe lay here or sit here as long as you need.

Take a moment to notice what you've cultivated.

Be proud of yourself for returning.

Whenever it feels like too much,

Maybe place a hand over your heart and whisper,

Come home.

Notice how even that can shift so much.

This is how you bring meditation into your life.

Breathe in.

Big sigh.

Go slowly as you return back to the room you're in.

No rush my friend.

Blink your eyes open slowly if they were closed and gently look around,

Reorienting yourself back in your space.

As you re-enter the world around you,

Know that you are still home.

You are safe.

Take it one breath at a time.

One moment at a time.

From my heart to yours.

A beautiful reminder to come home to the heart no matter how scattered one feels. 🩷💖🩷
