Arrive slowly into this moment,

Gently closing your eyes if that feels right to you.

Rest your mind onto your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Just feel the weight of the world lift from your shoulders,

From your heart.

Relax.

Release any tension in your face,

Your jaw.

Soften the neck,

The shoulders.

Relax.

Feel this total body relaxation.

Letting your entire soul rest.

Soften here.

Inhale slowly.

Exhale slower.

Begin to visualize your mind as a beautiful landscape.

Maybe you see a field filled with grass and wildflowers.

Imagine any thought that does not serve you showing up as a weed.

Taking a long loving look at your internal landscape.

Maybe it's a ruminating thought or a limiting belief.

Maybe you can actually feel the tension of this weed in your mind.

Imagine plucking this weed,

Clearing out this clutter in your mind.

Really feel the space it's creating.

Imagine seeing your field here and slowly removing what does not serve you.

Feeling it disappear.

Maybe naming the thought or the emotion that you no longer need,

Clearing the clutter of the mind.

Maybe noticing how the flowers bloom a little brighter.

Slow breath in.

Slower exhale.

Ah,

What a gift it is that you get to tend to your own inner garden.

Feeling the shift of your internal landscape.

Notice if there's any areas that are overgrown,

That need some care.

Clear the clutter of your mind.

Really feel into the difference you've made.

Now imagine this version of you running free in this field.

Taking in the abundant peace,

The beauty,

The awe.

Feeling the freedom in your mind,

The peace in your heart,

The relief in letting go.

Really feel this energetically in your body now.

The clarity,

The calm,

The joy.

Releasing any lingering clutter of the mind.

Running free.

Follow your breath in.

Follow your breath out.

Ah,

Maybe finding a soft smile.

Feeling renewed,

Re-energized.

Stay in this feeling just for a little longer.

Maybe allow your visualization to grow.

Maybe allow this visualization to fade away.

And now you are here.

Feel maybe a shift in your mind.

A shift in your heart.

A shift in your heart.

Thank yourself for doing the inner work to feel free.

Breathe in.

You can return to this practice as many times as you need to.

Continue to clear out and let go.

Tending to your garden.

Shifting your internal landscape.

You are worthy.

Become aware of the chair,

The ground beneath you.

Carry this energy with you as you slowly blink your eyes open if they were closed.

And take one more cleansing breath in and out.

Have a beautiful rest of your day.

From my heart to yours.

A gently, yet powerful way of letting-go. I intuitively went with the visualization and placed the weeds that I plucked in a heart-shaped bin, where they were converted to love energy. Then I saw small hearts rise from the bin and float-flow around my garden, until their energy was absorbed within me. This made me smile and I felt at peace. Thank you for this offering. Namaste...🪷😌🪷
