Maybe you are already ready.
And today might just be a beautiful day.
Maybe grabbing coffee or tea.
And allow this morning to be calm.
Even if it feels a little chaotic,
You can feel calm as you get the day going.
As you take care of yourself.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
You woke up today.
You woke up.
And even though the morning and the routine of getting ready might feel mundane,
It's not.
It is a gift to brush your hair,
To wash your face,
To brush your teeth.
And you,
My friend,
Can go slowly.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Everything you do this morning is a sign of love.
Taking good care of you before you step into the day.
Let it feel good.
Let yourself just be here.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Whatever you are doing in this moment,
Let it be everything.
Let it take up all your attention.
You don't need to rush into the future.
The day will come.
For now,
Be in the moment you are in.
And take it easy.

You can allow yourself to soften here,
Relaxing your face,
Your shoulders.
Let it feel soothing.
There is no rush here.
Breathe deeply.

Exhale.
Feel gratitude in your heart.
Let it be a part of you.
Exhale.
Feel gratitude in your heart that you get to begin again.
Another day filled with possibilities.
Feel your energy shift into a more hopeful and grateful,
Peaceful state.
Feel ready and empowered for the day.

Continue to breathe and just be in the moment that you are in.
Let all your awareness focus in on whatever you are doing to take good care and get ready.
If possible,
Look at yourself in the mirror.
Let it feel awkward.
If possible,
Look into your own eyes and say,
Good morning.
I love you.
I am proud of you.
You will do enough today.
Let's make it a great day.
And now whisper anything else you need to hear.
And now smile and just allow yourself to see the beauty that is you,
You and your entirety,
You and your humanness.
Breathe in slow.
And let it go.
Notice any shift within you.
Take in the gift of this moment a little bit longer.
Continuing to mindfully get ready.
This practice really shows you that meditation can be a way of life.
You can bring it into your day.
And feel the power of awareness.
And let go of all the negative thoughts that you may have in your mind right now.
