Slowly close your eyes if that feels safe,

Give yourself the gift of turning inward and in this moment just free yourself of any expectations notice the parts of you that are still in yesterday or even last week notice the parts of you that are still in the hours that came before this moment notice the parts of you that are anticipating rushing into the future gently imagine opening your arms to all these parts of you and pulling them into the here and now whispering to these parts of you that you can let go here,

You can just be here let something go feel your energy and your awareness really arrive here this moment is the only moment that we know for sure only this moment is your actual life breathe and steady your mind right here in breath my friend you only need to live one moment one breath at a time whenever the mind whispers fear,

Doubt,

Anxiety into your body,

Into your heart anchor back to the breath rest in this moment if we spend our time worrying about the past or future,

We miss this life,

This moment right here if we're not careful we can spend our entire life leaving instead of living in the moment be here,

Breathe here slow inhale slow exhale choosing to be present now will only help you be more present for the future for the times where it really really matters you are here to be awake and alive to your life don't you want to be present for it all?

Keep connecting to your breath,

Really feel that anchor you to the present moment this breath here,

Inhale exhale whispering to your heart,

To your nervous system,

To your mind I simply just need to be right here I simply just need to be right here there's nowhere to go but here there's nowhere to go but here let this bring you relief and peace breath in breath out what gifts are waiting here in the present moment?

What is it that you want to be present for?

What is it that you want to be present for?

Anchor to your breath and give yourself the gift of presence again and again inhale notice what's on your heart now really feel into the shift that has happened within you keep giving yourself the gift of presence,

You are worthy of being here fully one more cleansing breath in big exhale feel the ground beneath you,

Its steady energy feel the air around you flowing freely feel how you are present here now go slowly,
