Make your way into a restorative space that feels really comforting and grounding.

Allow yourself to close your eyes if that feels okay and let your hands just land wherever they feel called to.

Practicing this deep listening to our bodies.

Once you land somewhere take a slow breath in,

Slow exhale.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale let it go.

Deepening the breath one breath at a time.

Dropping deeper and deeper into this very moment.

Bringing your gentle awareness to your mind.

Creating space between you and your thoughts.

Simply witnessing the thoughts that are swirling around.

Noticing if you've been having repeating thoughts.

Have your thoughts been encouraging and uplifting?

Have your thoughts been fueled by your inner critic?

Take a deep breath in as you exhale.

Imagining creating even more space between you and your thoughts.

Because my friend you are not what you think.

You are the thinker not the thought.

Simply bringing ease back into your mind as you witness and allow all the thoughts to just come in.

We allow thoughts to rise,

Exist,

And we can let them.

Noticing which thoughts serve and which thoughts you will know of space in your mind.

Breath in,

Exhale.

What we resist will only persist.

So choosing to turn toward your thoughts with a gentle curiosity.

Gentle curiosity.

We ask where did this thought come from?

So often all we need is validation.

Validation that our thoughts make sense or that the fact that we have them makes sense.

So in this moment give yourself the sweet validation that you may be seeking.

Thoughts I have I am attached.

Breathing in.

Moving from your head space into your heart space.

How are you really?

How is your heart?

What emotion are on your heart?

Allowing what is versus what you think should be.

Take a breath in,

Exhale.

Reminding your heart I am.

Allow breathing in and exhale.

Holding space for yourself.

Giving yourself the permission to feel the anxiety,

The frustration,

The doubt,

The shame,

And the joy,

The trust,

The gratitude,

The bliss.

Making room for all of the dark and all of the light.

On your next breath think about letting go of any judgment.

Any added layer of judgment for how you feel.

Breathe in,

Exhale.

Let it go.

Breathe in,

Exhale.

Let it go.

Bring your awareness to your entire being now.

Simply noticing and becoming a loving witness to how you feel as a whole.

Your overall energy level,

Your mood.

Just noticing what you're carrying with you.

Inhale deeply,

Big exhale.

May you remember that your happiness is supported by understanding the reality of change within you.

Allowing ourselves to flow and be.

Feeling both the darkness and the overwhelming light within.

Knowing that one is not the same without the other.

What a relief it is to just allow.

Allowing creates space for the goodness that also exists.

Taking a moment to just say thank you to your mind,

To your heart,

To your being,

For all that you are in this moment.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Never forcing yourself into something that you are not.

Accepting yourself and in that feeling whole.

Breath in and exhale.

Ending our practice today with a beautiful affirmation that just supports loving awareness.

Witnessing yourself with love,

Compassion,

Grace,

And acceptance.

I am loving awareness.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale.

From my heart to yours,

May you continue to be kind to your mind,

Your heart,

Your being.
