Welcome to this moment,

Allow yourself to turn inward,

Closing your eyes if you'd like and begin to let it all go.

Release everything that just happened.

Use the breath,

Inhale,

Big audible sigh.

You can let it go.

Start to feel the relief with each breath.

Letting whatever happened leave your body,

Your heart.

Choosing to begin again,

Inhale,

Big exhale.

Let yourself really land here,

Into the now.

Feel how this is a completely new moment.

Knowing that a fresh start doesn't mean anything changes,

It means you see this moment in a whole new way,

A fresh perspective.

Feel any lingering energy.

Release your jaw.

Feel the muscles in your neck,

Your shoulders soften.

Begin again.

Be without the weight of it all.

Everything that happened yesterday or within the last couple hours is no longer.

This moment is new,

And you've never seen this day.

Begin again.

Do I have to make this mean so much?

Do I have to make this mean so much?

It's not what you're holding,

It's how you're holding it.

If it feels right to you,

Breathe in,

And on your exhale,

Begin to shake.

Shake your hands,

Shake your shoulders.

This is just a gentle somatic movement,

Somatic release to shake it off.

It can be gentle,

Or it can be a little bit more intense.

Shake,

Shake,

Shake,

Let it go.

Maybe shrug your shoulders.

Release the energy through your hands,

In and through the body.

Breath in,

Shake a little more,

Shaking up what's going on within so that you can settle.

Release,

And begin again.

Feel how everything settles.

What a beautiful way to reset your nervous system.

To not let things mean so much.

To set it free.

Notice how you feel now.

Feel into the shift.

May you come back to this practice whenever you need it.

You are free to begin again and again and again.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Go forward gently with this new energy.

Take it slow as you blink your eyes open if they were closed.

Find a soft smile.
