Welcome back,

Friends.

Today we're going to engage in a metta meditation guided experience.

Let's begin.

Closing the eyes.

Opening the chest.

And to take control of your breath and slowing it down.

Get control of your mind and slow the thoughts and the video film down into individual still photographs.

And with each inhale,

Make space internally for loving kindness.

With each exhale,

Send that loving kindness into the field of energy around you.

First,

Just outside the skin.

And then visualize a field six inches away from your skin.

And exhaling that loving kindness energy out into that field.

And on the next exhale,

Expand that field six feet away from your skin.

Feeling every particle within six feet of your body with acceptance and loving kindness.

Inhaling slowly,

Going deeper into the loving kindness that's available to you in every cell in your internal world.

On the next exhale,

Extend that field of energy out 60 feet.

And on the inhale,

Go as far inside yourself as you have access to at this moment of your life here.

And on the next exhale,

Visualize you're extending this loving kindness out six miles away from where you are in this present moment.

And on the next inhale,

Bring your attention down to just in front of your tailbone and hold the breath in for a moment and focus your awareness there on the smallest space that you can perceive.

Imagine the mind as a microscope.

And on the next exhale,

Visualize your mind as a telescope and expand that loving kindness out around the globe through our atmosphere and out into the far reaches of space.

And just let your body breathe on its own now.

And know that you've come to earth to love.

It is the most powerful medicine.

First is self-love,

Knowing it.

And then when you can,

Letting go of all perceived transgressions of external beings and sending them love where you feel it's appropriate.

I love metta meditation.

It's so quickly transformative.

I feel amazing right now.

I hope you do.

This goal is truly paycheck- use it.

At last someone breathes for the same length of time as me. I’m usually a couple of breaths behind in guided meditation. I feel amazing and will go be great today. Thank you x
