Hi there,
Welcome to this short meditation to quickly help you get back to calm,
Connectedness and self-confidence so that you can get back to your day.
So,
Go ahead and close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath and release.
Are you feeling tension in your jaw?
Loosen it and allow it to drop and move from side to side.
Do you have tension in your shoulders or neck?
Relax your shoulders and move them up as close to your ears as possible and then back down as low as they can go.
Allow that tension in your neck to release.
Now,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath and release it.
Become aware of your breath.
Notice how wonderful it is to breathe.
Feel the air flow through your nostrils,
Filling your lungs and even your abdomen.
Notice how your chest rises and falls so softly and gently,
All on its own.
Let's meditate together on our breath in this way for a few minutes or so.
Feel into the growing silence,
The quietness within you and realize that this stillness is you.
It's also your source and gives power to everything that you do and say.
From this quietness comes a potential of infinite intelligence,
Energy,
Creativity,
And connectedness.
So,
Let's acknowledge this now and activate these values in your consciousness,
In your awareness,
So you may return to your day empowered to accomplish your challenges.
Let's breathe together and feel,
Acknowledge,
And sense the following truths about yourself.
Follow me now as we awaken to the following realities.
Let's breathe in and on the exhale,
Say out loud,
I am more than my mind and body.
Again,
Let's breathe in and on the exhale,
Say out loud,
I feel my consciousness and know that this is who I am.
Again,
Let's breathe in and on the exhale,
Say out loud,
My awareness is filled with energy and intelligent desire.
Good.
Once more,
Let's breathe in and on the exhale,
Say out loud,
I allow it to flow through me now.
So let's breathe in and on the exhale,
Say out loud.
Its presence always supports me with connection and confidence.
And again,
One last time,
Let's breathe in and on the exhale,
Say out loud,
This allows me to always do my best,
And that is perfect in this moment.
With your eyes closed,
Put your attention on your body and scan it for any sensations that you may feel.
Feel those sensations and invite them to release and know that your mind and body is somatizing these truths and will make them available to you when you need them the most.
Now,
Come back to your body,
Come back into the room in your chair,
And when you're back,
Slowly open your eyes.
