And meditation guide.
Now whether you've found this meditation through one of my Reiki courses or just through the web of life,
Welcome.
These meditations are intended to deepen your relationship to your intuition and gifts,
And facilitate an understanding of your own internal landscape.
Each meditation is also a tool that can be offered to yourself or a client,
So I invite you to notice what shifts within you before,
During,
After,
Beyond the meditation,
Cataloging the effects with words and feelings and sensations,
Just letting yourself take note.
Allow it to be personal and universal.
Let's begin.
Now wherever you are,
Just go ahead and find a nice,
Tall spine,
While relaxing all of the muscles in the body.
First,
Those big muscle groups,
And then those smaller ones,
Relaxing all the little muscles in the belly,
The face,
Maintaining that nice,
Tall spine.
A few deep breaths to presence yourself even more fully here,
With each breath releasing the day even more,
Even more.
And just starting to send your awareness to your skin,
Noticing any textures meeting your skin,
The texture of your clothing,
The seat below,
The floor below,
Maybe the texture of your hair,
Any jewelry on the body,
And then starting to notice the air,
Just the air beyond your skin,
Maybe right at the forehead,
Beyond the tip of the nose,
In the palms,
The toes,
Starting to send that awareness just beyond the physical body into the space right around you.
And we start to just form this energetic bubble around your entire body,
And for some,
Maybe this looks like drawing awareness to that space just beyond your body,
Scrolling from front to back,
Side to side,
Top to bottom,
To bring your awareness into this full field.
And maybe for others,
This just looks like imagining this bubble of energy,
This aura of light around you,
Encompassing you.
Whether you need to create it in the mind through awareness and thought,
Or if you can just bring it into the imagination,
It's perfect.
Using that as a small act of just knowing yourself and your mind here.
And whichever way you found yourself here,
Just noticing what it feels like to be in this field of energy all around you,
This bubble of light.
And maybe you notice a color or a texture or a density in this energy that you are now picturing and feeling around you.
Can you notice?
Can you sense?
And then gently rolling your awareness now to the crown of your head,
To just beyond the body,
In this aura,
In this field beyond you.
And just starting to imagine or sense or feel that the field at the crown of the head starts to open.
It opens to the universal life force energy that is always around us,
Pervading,
Always here.
This crown opens up to both offer energy out and receive energy in.
Your aura,
Your field joins with this universal life force energy that has no bounds.
It has no bounds.
It's limitless.
It can hold and alchemize anything you offer it.
And it can also offer you endless energy,
Calibration,
Love,
Care.
So here,
Just choosing to connect to something larger than you that you will never fully be able to picture or understand.
And softening instead into this knowing,
Into this feeling,
Into this beautiful surrender and joining of energy.
Returning to the knowing that nothing was ever separate.
Softening any muscles that have tensed back up and breathing in and out.
Noticing the feeling that is here.
Joining with the cosmos.
Joining with this universal life force energy.
Joining with the mystery.
Joining with the all-governing love.
Softening in the body just one percent more.
Opening up to this for a few more breaths.
And knowing that this feeling is always accessible to you just by plugging back in.
By returning to this deep-rooted remembrance.
Of our relation to everything beyond us.
This inextricable link that can be so easy to forget in our human experience.
Yet also very simple to access.
To reach for.
To usher in.
Gently tucking the chin to chest.
Noticing that light curl at the top of the spine.
Taking a moment here for you.
Offering something to yourself.
Maybe a word or a mantra or a knowing or a feeling.
And then gently returning to the day in your own time.
