Welcome,

Welcome to this womb meditation in which I will guide you to gently reconnect with the wisdom of your womb space,

The center of your creativity,

Intuition,

And feminine power.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated,

Upright with your spine straight,

Or lying down,

Getting comfortable.

And in whatever position you find yourself,

Allowing your body to begin softening into stillness.

Begin by taking a few grounding breaths,

Inhaling gently through your nose,

And exhaling slowly through your mouth,

Letting your exhale be slightly longer than your inhale,

Helping your nervous system to settle down.

Do that a few more times,

Long,

Slow breaths,

Lengthening your exhales,

Signaling to your whole system that you are safe,

And it's okay to soften,

And feeling the weight of your body in connection with the surface below you,

Softening even more,

Releasing your weight into the gentle holding of the earth,

And letting yourself arrive fully here in this moment.

Now,

Begin to really drop your awareness downward,

Moving down through your body,

From your head,

Down into your shoulders,

Moving downwards through your chest,

And landing your awareness down into your lower belly,

Into your womb space.

If it feels supportive,

You might place one or both hands gently over your lower belly,

And bringing your breath here.

If your hands are on your lower belly,

You might feel the expansion and contraction of this space as you gently breathe.

This sacred space is your womb space,

Your center of creation,

Inner knowing,

And deep ancestral feminine wisdom.

Please know that even if you no longer have a physical womb,

The energetic imprint of your womb remains,

So this space is always yours to return to,

And noticing any sensations you feel here.

Maybe you sense warmth,

Tingling,

Pressure,

Tension,

Or spaciousness,

Or maybe nothing at all.

That is okay too.

The womb space is a place in our bodies where many emotions,

Memories,

And traumas are stored,

So take some time to gently and softly invite connection into this space.

Being present with any emotions that might arise as you begin to connect,

And bringing compassion and gentleness for the whole process.

Whatever is here in your womb is welcome without judgment.

And if challenging emotions do arise,

Either backing off a little bit,

Or simply staying present to the pain with compassion and tenderness,

For the act of bringing your attention and awareness to your womb space can actually help you heal all that is held within.

So,

Breathing into this space just below your navel,

Each breath becomes an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself.

Each breath honors the wisdom held within this sacred space of your body.

Now we will invite a practice of inner listening.

So you might ask your womb some questions.

Your womb is a place of intuition and inner knowing,

And when we can tune in to our wombs,

We might receive guidance from our body rather than from the place of the mind.

So you might ask,

Dear womb,

What do you want me to know today?

And listen.

Let this be a moment of quiet connection and inner listening.

And if you don't want to ask your womb a question,

You might simply express some gratitude.

Thank you for all that you hold.

Thank you for guiding me in my creations.

Whatever feels intuitive and right to you,

It's all welcome.

And taking time to listen.

Remembering that this space holds your cyclical wisdom,

Your emotions,

Your creativity,

And it's the source of your feminine power.

So what does she have to say to you today?

And if it feels right,

You might whisper an affirmation.

Again,

Whatever arises is welcome.

If you want a little support,

I offer a few affirmations here.

I honor your rhythm.

I honor your energy.

I trust your wisdom.

I am listening.

And once again,

Listening within.

Listening to whatever messages your womb has to offer.

Starting now to expand your awareness away from your womb,

Thanking her for whatever guidance you may have received.

Honoring her wisdom.

Any emotions held within.

Any clarity or guidance.

And starting to expand your awareness back into your whole body.

Feeling your feet.

Your hands.

Your face.

Your heart space.

And breathe gently into your heart now,

And then down into your womb.

Establishing a connection between these two spaces,

Heart and womb.

You might imagine a soft light flowing between them.

Taking a final deep breath here.

And feeling this connection between heart and womb.

And when you're ready,

Slowly inviting some very small,

Gentle movements back into your body.

If you're seated,

Maybe rocking your hips,

Rolling your shoulders,

Gently rolling your neck from side to side.

Whatever movement supports you in bringing your awareness back to the space around you.

Taking one final deep releasing breath,

Perhaps exhaling with a big sigh.

And when you are ready,

Gently opening your eyes.

Thank you so much for practicing with me today.

It's an honor to support you in reconnecting to the seat of feminine power and intuition.
