
Menstrual Meditation
A gentle, restful guided meditation for the Menstrual Phase of your cycle, also known as Inner Winter. This is the time of the month when the female body longs for rest and release– to be held in a safe space of nourishment. This meditation supports you in reconnecting with your wombspace and serves as a tool and practice to reconnect you with your inherent, cyclical nature as a woman. Find a comfortable place to lay down and receive some gentle guidance, supporting you in coming back to yourself, your embodied wisdom, your intuition, and the medicine available to you when you surrender at menstruation. For those new to menstrual cycle awareness, having an embodied experience of the energies of the Inner Seasons, or menstrual cycle phases, supports you in cultivating greater self-love and self-acceptance of your body, emotions, and spirit in all her phases.
