You're okay Allowing the eyes to close Following the breath And just notice where you are this evening In this moment Notice any tensions Any tension at all throughout the body And allow yourself to arrive right here right now in this moment Maybe the breath becomes a little deeper on the inhalation and the exhalation maybe a little longer Noticing if there's any parts of the body When you add the breath in if any parts are willing to melt or soften And just curiously observe any parts that still want to remain in discomfort or tense or activated Just allowing all of you to show up in this moment in your beautiful body And then arriving even more deeply into the center of your core That center of the core can go from head all the way to toes and tailbone through the midline of the body And the depth of your core Really can surpass what you can even imagine So let's say if you were traveling into a cave and it became darker and darker and There would necessarily not necessarily be any end to the cave That is the depth of your core So spacious so open and loving Continue following with the breath Elongating both that inhalation and gentle exhalation And in the season moving from summer into fall Visualize yourself as a big beautiful tree And Just notice what type of tree you happen to be really allow your creativity to flow just as your Inhale and your exhale flows in and out of your being And Have no judgment about your tree It may be smaller than you would have thought Or larger or older or younger It may have knobs or holes for little creatures Gently breathing in and out and just notice all the leaves of your tree Up down all around in the canopy Are these leaves that are becoming very heavy?
They're more brittle now.
They're not quite as vibrant as they were in the summer and springy They're becoming more brittle heavier to hold Still breathing in and out and noticing as you inhale that you are inhaling the beauty of each of these leaves the aliveness of each of these leaves into your core into your trunk and As you exhale you are breathing into these leaves Every single leaf on the canopy of your tree This glorious exchange of all of the different parts of you And Noticing what that feels like in your body In your physical body and in your mental and emotional body Notice the heaviness of these leaves to your entire tree and That the branches are beginning to want to let go Of these leaves that your trunk is beginning to want to let go of these leaves These leaves represent Everything that grew in your life in the summer season everything that came to be Both the quote-unquote good and the quote-unquote bad and the quote-unquote neutral So much Grows and blooms in each season,
Especially in the summer Yet it's time now to release that and deep in the tree trunk of your core you Hormonally and mentally and emotionally know that it's time for a shift It's time for a change That it just doesn't work out to hold on to things That have become brittle and are ready to take their natural place So still beautifully breathing in and out as you notice this life going into the leaves and The leaves bringing life into you Noticing the heaviness The pressure and the burden of carrying what no longer needs to be there And with your next breath perhaps a few leaves decide to just pluck away from the tree with that breath and They float beautifully to the ground Just noticing what that is like to have that small release of pressure The letting go of the summer in just these few leaves Notice that these leaves are at the bottom of the tree your tree And They are not staying here to be swept away They are here to nourish the soil So what has grown and what has come to be in another season is?
Now going to be composted into rich fertile soil for your roots Nothing is ever wasted The quote-unquote good the quote-unquote bad the quote-unquote neutral All of it is nourishment Breathing in and breathing out Noticing the leaves that are still on the tree and with each breath as you exhale See if some more leaves are ready to fall Notice as they do how it feels All is welcome Sadness excitement relief of pressure worry Wonderment Any and all is welcome Keep Going with your breath with each exhale letting more leaves fall off the tree Gently floating downward and downward until they reach your roots Keep going at your own pace With Each exhale letting a few more or tons more leaves fall off the tree Until finally you see all of these beautiful colored vibrant colored leaves those fall colors Resting way below on the ground at your roots They have fully formed and are ready for their next iteration Feel the lightness of your branches There is exposure in the autumn season of these branches and And The tree your tree can naturally kind of seal off these areas to protect and bring the Energy inward to your core into your trunk The exposed branches represent Becoming aware of your shadows being becoming aware of those things that are blocking you That have been slowing you down or that are no longer necessary in your life The autumn season brings about this gentle natural exposure and We naturally and gently bring your attention as you keep breathing into the core of your trunk Because this is where the energy belongs In this season and to prepare for winter We conserve resources we conserve our mental and our spiritual energies all towards the core So bring your attention down to the roots of your tree that represent the pelvis down into that pelvic bowl The lower half of your core of your tree where those roots are nourished And allow your attention to be here Breathing in and out of this space And allow a word or a phrase or a visual That can guide you this fall autumn season Allow this word or phrase or visual to bubble up from your core from this inner pelvic wisdom that is So true and so near To your soul and to God No Need to judge what comes up if you notice that you're in your head bring your breath back down Rooting yourself into the lower half of the body Expanding your breath and your awareness here for that word phrase or visual Rest in this knowing And remember that even if it feels unclear or confusing Or if silence is coming that that is a huge message,
Too And we can work with that together Now take another deep breath in as You exhale do an exhale And then we're going to take a nice Kegel So just a gentle squeezing the pelvic floor muscles And we're going to draw that it's that pelvic floor up through the gut and then relax Relax the pelvic floor relax the butt relax the abdominal muscles.
Let the legs be heavy We're going to do this again drawing it up higher this time,
So we're going to inhale Exhale squeezing that Kegel and bringing the Musculature up through the abdomen up through the heart up through the throat up through the head and then release Relax,
Let everything be heavy In your shoulders and your jaw and your legs One more time Breathing in and then as you exhale Squeezing through the core of you the pelvic floor muscles up through the abdomen up through the heart up through the throat up through the Crown-of-the-head bringing that wisdom up and enlightening it and then exhale and release noticing your entire body Allowing a smile to come across your face Allow a smile to come across your heart Allow a smile to come across your core Keeping the eyes closed Circling the wrists the ankles Maybe deepening the breath Removing the shoulders or the hips And slowly bringing yourself Back very slowly and gently
