Breathe slowly, Breathe deeply. Breathe slowly, Breathe deeply. As we watch our breath, We will find that our whole body relaxes and our minds get quieter, More quiescent, More still as we give attention just to our breath. Breathing slowly and a little less deeply now, Just watching our breath, Finding ourselves feeling more comfortable, More relaxed with each breath. And what we're going to do is we're going to focus on for a moment something that we're afraid of. And when we start feeling that fear, Let's just distract from it and then go back to our breath. Breathing slowly, Breathing calmly. And what we learn is when we distract ourselves from the thoughts, Our hearts, Our fears get quieter, More at peace. So when we're ready, Let's go back to thinking about our fears. And when they get a little intense, Whatever the fear is, Just stop. And now let's get back to our breath. And with each breath in, We'll find that the fear will get quieter and will actually go away as we give our attention to our breath. Good. Let's just spend some time being still and quiet for a little while now, Watching our breath. It's almost as if when we take our attention off our fears and put them onto our breathing, That the fears go away as we breathe out breath. So let's try it again. Let's face that which used to cause us fears and be with it. And this time, Let's see how long it takes for our minds to dwell on the fear before it becomes intense. When it does, Or if it does, Let's now then just go back to our breathing. And with each breath in and with each breath out, Watch the fears subside and our whole bodies relax and we become more comfortable. Breathing in, Breathing out, Becoming more relaxed, More deeply relaxed. And now that we know how to face our fears and have the tools to overcome our fears, All we need to do when the fears arise is refocus our attention to our breath. And what we'll find is the fears will melt away. And with time, As we continue to face our fears and watch them one by one disappear, We'll begin to discover something magical, Something beautiful, That we now are living a fearless life, A fearless life. Let's spend some time now just steeping ourselves like tea bags that are steeped in hot water, Steeping ourselves in being fearless and living a fearless life. No fears. Fearless and thus free. Free and fearless. With this new found freedom, Now as we look out over our lives, And the future before us, We can consider doing almost anything with being able to help our fears go away. We now can live our lives fearlessly and free. Fearlessly and free. With these now infinite possibilities of what can unfold in our lives, Life becomes not something to fear, But a beautiful adventure that will unfold before us. We are free. We are free. No fears. Fearless.

Good morning, just what I needed . This meditation was wonderful helping me to face my fear of losing my sick mother it made me cry and I will need to meditate to this at least few more times, but I love it, thank you so much.

Great way to start your morning. It does end abruptly, but, you can stay in the moment and continue to chant, "We are free" and "Fearless" in your head to stay in the moment, but without guidance. After you've said it enough to where you truly believe in yourself give one more deep inhale and on the release, really concentrate on letting out all those fears and then go live it! Keep fighting.

I agree with others that you need to be prepared for the very abrupt ending...a few seconds of quiet music would rectify the problem. I still,give it five stars as I found the method and instruction to be quite helpful and will return to this one!
