In this meditation, we will focus on how to increase our positive self-talk.

Breathe slowly,

Breathe deeply.

And as you quiet your mind and still your heart,

Allow yourself to be present with me right now,

Letting everything else go.

As you learn to be positive,

Be healthy,

And finding your world,

Your desires,

Your wants to be truly focused on having a positive,

Healthy life.

Because in order to be healthy,

You do need to be positive.

So to start with,

Begin to realize how important it is to the words and the music that you listen to,

And that you find yourself now attracted towards beautiful,

Positive words,

Like that when you listen to it,

Fills up your soul and helps you be attracted towards that which is beautiful,

That which is good.

Because you choose to listen to music that when there are words,

The words are positive,

Loving,

Kind,

Good.

Breathe deeply,

Breathe slowly.

And when you turn on your TV or watch a webisode,

Again,

You are only attracted towards that which fills you up,

And when you finish watching that which fills you up,

You walk away feeling good,

Feeling healthy,

Feeling positive.

It's almost as if there's a magnet inside of you that only points and directs you towards the positive.

So when you flip on the channels and you look for something to watch,

You're attracted towards those shows that have an inspiring,

Positive message to fill you up.

Because you are learning through your meditative growth that the images,

That the words that come out of other people's mouths matter.

So you are attracted towards that which like you is positive and healthy,

Healthy and positive.

And if you see something that inspires you,

That uplifts you,

That helps you to grow and be more positive throughout your day,

Watch that show again and again and find other episodes like that so that on your path towards being a healthy,

Happy and successful human being,

You'll be attracted towards that which is good and positive on your television.

Or when you go to the movies or when you watch something on your computer via the web.

There are many,

Many opportunities to find something beautiful,

Something inspiring and your heart now is being conditioned to find these episodes,

These shows,

The ones that you want to watch.

Continue to breathe deeply.

Breathe slowly.

Breathe deeply.

Breathe slowly.

Good.

And similarly,

You now find yourself wanting to read books that inspire you,

That teach you how to live a positive,

Healthy life.

And these are the ones you purchase.

These are the ones you read.

These are the ones you share with your friends because we spend some of our time perhaps in articles or books throughout our lives being influenced by them in order to create and maintain a positive,

Healthy lifestyle.

Through books,

Through articles,

You can learn from others how they are able to be positive and apply their principles to your own life.

So find yourself with that magnet inside of you to be attracted towards that in your reading which is positive,

Which is healthy.

Good.

Breathe slowly.

Breathe deeply.

Breathe slowly.

Breathe deeply.

And a very important aspect of creating and maintaining a positive life is to surround yourself by other positive people,

People who like you are magnetically drawn towards that which is good,

That which is beautiful,

That which helps us to grow and be healthy.

Friends have such a huge impact on us and our loved ones especially do.

So what we choose to do is to be around those people who like us want to live a positive,

Healthy life.

And if we have people in our past that we love that aren't as positive as we are,

We love them.

We're around them but when they choose to go down a different path,

We still love them but we go to other people for a while and then come back and share our love,

Our positive messages with them.

In a sense keep inviting them back to our world but making sure that when they don't want to enter and want to go into a different world that we don't follow them but instead we choose to be around those who are loving and kind and positive.

Good.

Good.

Breathe slowly.

Breathe deeply.

And perhaps most importantly in order to have a positive life it's very important to pay attention to what goes on inside your head that you are thinking loving,

Kind thoughts towards others.

Feeling and thinking loving,

Kind thoughts towards yourself.

And by keep being magnetically drawn towards that which is positive in others,

That which is beautiful in yourself,

You will find your essence,

Your being,

Being drawn towards having a positive,

Healthy,

Beautiful life.

Because that's who you are.

You've always been that.

You've just forgotten.

And now with these tools of surrounding yourself with positive,

Loving people,

Positive,

Loving images,

Your life will be transformed into something beautiful.
