Hello everyone.

Let's take these few minutes and move into a deep state of peace to relax from a frazzled day or a critical incident.

To return ourselves back to center,

To move ourselves into coherence,

To expand our perception and operate from our heart.

Begin to become aware of your body,

Settle in to whatever environment you're in,

Standing,

Sitting,

Lying.

This can be done any way it needs to be.

Breathing in and out.

Let's place our attention on our heart.

Breathing just a little bit deeper and a little bit slower than we normally do.

Just let it all go,

Taking these few minutes to take care of yourself.

Feel your feet on the ground,

Yourself supported by the chair or whatever position you may be in.

Suspend any noises that are around you and allow yourself to be fully present.

We'll begin relaxing even deeper by imagining a golden ball of light just above our head,

Filled with joy and blessings and love.

It's soft,

It's light.

And yet as it touches the crown of your head,

You begin to feel that quickening,

That profound and deep relaxation in your scalp.

Begins to slide down over your forehead and your eyes,

The temples release the stress.

On the back of your head,

Over your jaw.

You let it all go as it slides over your throat and your neck.

You begin to breathe it in deeply,

Knowing that you are breathing in love and light.

Begins to touch your shoulders,

Wow,

What a release that is.

It slides down your arms,

Into your elbows,

Your forearms,

And those hands that work so hard each and every day.

Let it rest there for just a moment.

Let it heal those hands just a little bit.

The light moves over our chest,

Over our back,

And it begins to engage the heart breathing.

We begin to feel and know that this light has entered us,

Is in our heart and our lungs.

Just like the oxygen that we breathe in,

It is dispersed to every cell of our being.

And relaxation begins to occur inside and out.

Breathe it in deeply as it slides down over your waist,

Your lower back.

Feel it in your hips.

Feel yourself settle just a little bit more deeply.

Let a little bit more stress go.

Know that you are surrounded in blessings and light.

Let it slide down over your calves,

Over your thighs.

Let it sit in your knees just a minute.

Breathing in deeply,

Feeling it release the stress in every cell of your being.

Feel it wrap around your feet.

We are now fully cocooned in light,

In love,

And our body rejoices in the peace and the light.

Let go just a little bit more.

Yes.

Yes to the peace.

Yes to the love.

Yes to the self-care.

Bringing our attention now back into our chest,

Into the area of our heart,

Knowing that we are surrounded in peace and light.

Let's focus on breathing in through our heart.

Let's focus on this feeling of love,

Of light,

Or peace,

Or joy.

Let's breathe that in and out,

Allowing it to heal us.

If there's any area that's still holding a bit of tension,

Maybe the back of your neck or your shoulders,

You can let that have just a little bit extra light.

Staying grounded in our body,

Staying right here in this moment,

Focusing on our heart,

Focusing on joy and love.

Each time we do this exercise,

We offer our body a blessing that clarifies our capacity to think,

To lead,

To act in the world.

This exercise can become a conditioned response with enough repetition.

It can be something you can take yourself to whenever you have a few moments.

I encourage you to love yourself enough to let that be.

Begin to bring your attention back into this room,

Back into this present moment.

Begin to move and shift,

Being fully awake or moving off into sleep as whatever you need.
