Hello.
Today we answer the call of wholeness to that longing that we feel deep within.
Most of us are fragmented from the pushing and the pulling and we have forgotten the profound interconnection,
The undivided wholeness that surrounds us that is the basis of our being.
Let us remember that now.
Let us consciously reconnect.
Getting comfortable and allowing yourself to settle in.
We begin by turning our attention to our breath,
Allowing ourselves to relax.
We feel the natural rhythm,
Our chest rising and falling.
Wholeness is here now.
She is already present.
This journey,
Moving deeper into wholeness,
Helps us to remove the obstacles that we have put in place.
As we begin to shift our attention away from our spending mind and our busy day,
Our body eases a bit more.
We allow it to relax and settle.
The journey deeper into wholeness leads us to a state of peace and clarity.
It moves us out of our reactive mind,
Expanding,
Allowing.
It is through the tense knot of our mental energy that we have lost our awareness of wholeness.
We tend to be caught in our spinning thoughts.
Letting all of that go.
Allowing ourselves to settle even more.
Focusing on our breath.
In and out.
There is a vastness,
A light that is foundational to our world.
It is there that the field of wholeness,
The field of love,
Is most present.
Continuing to loosen and release the knot of our mind.
Breathing more deeply.
Relaxing more completely.
Shifting into wholeness,
Shifting into our inner connection,
Knowing that it is real.
Allowing and receiving.
Using our attention to wholeness allows us to know it more completely.
We begin to align ourselves,
Our heart and our mind,
From this place of inner connection.
It is knowing this inner connection that helps heal us.
It helps heal our world.
Knowing our inner connection changes us.
It changes how we interact with those around us.
It eases our mental clutter.
And this allows us to see,
To know,
To feel wholeness.
The spasms of our mental noise no longer hijack our attention.
We can simply let them go.
As we strengthen our attention,
As we increase our focus on the reality of our inner connection,
Clarity emerges.
With less mental clutter,
The receptive mind has less to snag its awareness.
And we begin to feel and know the vastness,
To expand our awareness,
To know our place in the world.
It is from this expanded awareness,
The greater clarity,
The ability to think more critically,
That allows us to act from true power.
Not from power over,
But from this deep inner connection.
Less reactive,
Less attached.
We come from a deep sense of care.
We begin to operate from full expanded awareness.
We are able to hold steady within stress and adversity.
We strengthen our connection to others.
Our awareness of interconnection.
Relaxing more deeply into the silence,
Into the spaciousness.
Let us breathe in.
Let us release all the stress.
Let us know our inner connection.
Let us release all the stress.

Bringing our conscious attention back into this moment.
Returning here and now,
Feeling the natural rhythm of our breathing.
This call to wholeness,
This path of wisdom,
Allows us to expand beyond our analytical mind.
We of course include it,
But are no longer limited to its fussing and its fighting.
Feeling the expanded whole.
Sensing the clarity.
Knowing that it is always right here.
Waiting for us to settle in,
To turn our attention,
To remind ourselves of our inner connection.
Becoming more and more conscious of this present moment.
Feeling your feet,
Wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers.
Feeling and knowing that you take just a little more awareness of wholeness back into your day.
A little more clarity,
A little more intention.
Becoming more alert,
More awake,
Active and alive.
We return to our day.
