Welcome to your meditation on clarity.
Find a nice seat,
Sitting up nice and long through the spine.
Allow your palms to rest on your thighs or in your lap.
Gently close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.
We go throughout our day from one place into the next,
Nonstop.
We continue working,
Then we go home,
Then we deal with what's going on there.
Meanwhile,
Our brains are getting foggier by the second and clarity is no longer there.
Clearing your mind,
Clearing space to concentrate on the present moment is so important.
Bring your mindset to the space right between your eyebrows,
Right above the bridge of the nose.
Bring your awareness there.
That front point of the frontal lobe of your brain.
As you concentrate on that area,
Think of your mind slowly becoming clear.
Allowing clarity to come in.
Letting go of your thoughts of what's already happened today.
Letting go of thoughts or worries about what's to come.
But continue to bring awareness to that space.
Allow the fog that you might have in your mind,
Allow it to begin to dissipate.
Imagine it's just clearing away as you concentrate on that area,
That space.
If your mind is wandering away from my voice,
Bring your awareness back to that space.
Bring yourself in to calm,
Clear thoughts.
Everything is washing away and moving away.
You're making space.
Notice that tension melts away as you get clearer.
Tension in your jaw releases.
Tension inside the mouth,
Whether the tongue is pressed against the roof of the mouth or the back of your teeth.
Allow that to release as you bring in clarity.
Think of when the sun comes out and fog clears.
That's what's happening in your mind.
You're feeling refreshed.
You're feeling renewed for whatever you're doing next in your day.
You've allowed yourself a fresh start,
Whether it's to go to bed,
Start your day.
No matter what it is,
Tell yourself,
I am refreshed.
I am renewed.
I am clear minded.
Say that again.
I am refreshed.
I am renewed.
I am clear minded.
You're now ready to take on the rest of your day,
Night,
Or morning.
Namaste.
