This meditation will guide you through a beautiful relaxation somatic experience to balance your hormones. This 20-minute meditation is relaxing and focuses on guiding your hormones, body, and cells to respond to the meditation. This will help regulate your nervous system activate your rest and regenerate response.

Hello,
It's Dr.
Angie Cross,
And I want to welcome you into this beautiful,
Relaxed meditation.
This is going to be a meditation based off of balancing your hormones.
I want you to really tap into some of the struggles that you've been dealing with with your hormones,
Maybe not feeling your best,
Not enjoying the season that you're navigating through,
Perhaps you have hot flashes,
Maybe you're not sleeping good,
Maybe your energy is not very good,
Your moods aren't the best.
So just take a moment and just find some of your symptoms.
Sometimes we have to just take a moment to reflect,
To tap into truly how we are feeling.
And then we're going to really use the power of breath and the power of meditation to reprogram your mind and your body to the new you.
So wherever you are,
I just want you to take a few moments and take a couple nice,
Deep,
Relaxed,
Rhythmical breaths,
Breathing in for the count of four and exhaling for the count of four.
Breathing in for the count of four and exhaling for the count of four.
I want you to continue this deep,
Relaxed breathing pattern while we do our meditation.
And what I want you to imagine is if everything is possible and you have infinite possibilities available to you,
I want you to receive some of these infinite possibilities as your new truth to reprogram your mind and your body during this hormonal time that you are navigating.
So let's take a moment and bring awareness to your body,
Bringing awareness to your physical body,
Noticing if there's any aches or pains or tension or tightness in your body.
And just for a moment,
I want you to breathe some white light and some love into that part of your body and give it permission to heal and to relax and to unwind.
Every cell is listening to you.
Every single cell is listening to your mind and your body.
It listens to your thoughts and your thoughts are more powerful than your body.
So we're going to use the power of your thoughts in this beautiful meditation to help accelerate your healing process,
To bring balance back to your mind and your body,
Bring balance back to your hormones.
Now with your body relaxed,
Now I want you to notice your mind.
Notice if there's any worries or anxieties or anything going on in your mind or your body that you need to release and let go of.
Just noticing what's bothering you.
And just for today,
I want you to just give yourself permission to let it go and come back to a state of peace.
Come back to the present moment.
Meditation is having restful awareness in the present moment.
And for now,
I want you to focus on peace,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Releasing what no longer serves you.
Releasing any worries,
Releasing any anxieties,
Releasing thoughts or concerns.
And just for now,
Become one with your body.
Become one with your body,
Your mind,
And feeling this moment of just relaxation.
What you're doing is you're working on recalibrating your nervous system.
It's challenging for your body to heal and your hormones to balance when you're in a constant state of fight or flight.
So for today,
I want you to focus on rest and relaxation.
I want you to go deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation and restfulness.
Just letting your body go.
Letting your mind go,
Almost as if you're becoming dreamy or drowsy.
Just becoming more and more relaxed as you go deeper and deeper into this relaxation response.
After all,
Your body knows what it needs to do to heal.
So we're going to use the power of suggestions and the power of your thoughts to tell your body what you want it to do.
Each and every day,
Your cells and your body are responding to your thoughts.
So for today,
For right now,
I want your cells to respond to the thoughts of healing,
Healthy and vibrant.
Your cells are becoming more electrically charged,
Alive,
And responsive.
Your cells know how to recalibrate themselves,
How to reduce inflammation in your body,
How to eliminate pain,
And to recalibrate your central nervous system.
You are dealing with nervous system regulation right now.
Exiting fight or flight,
And you are entering rest and relaxation,
Which is exactly where your hormones and your body can heal.
It's hard for your hormones to balance while you're in a state of stress.
So for now,
You are entering into the most relaxed,
Peaceful state.
Just feel your body relax,
Softening your muscles,
Softening your jaw,
Just relaxing your breath,
Trusting that everything's going to be okay,
And trusting in divine right order.
Trusting that your body knows what it needs to do to heal,
Trusting that your mind knows how it needs to calm down,
Let go of worry,
Trusting that everything will work out,
Trusting that there's creative solutions that are finding their way to you.
Creative solutions are finding their way into your life and into your body.
Your body knows how to heal.
Your body loves to heal.
You are healing right now as you listen to this.
Your cells are becoming more and more vibrantly alive.
Your body is detoxifying at a deeper cellular level.
Your blood vessels,
Your arteries,
Your veins,
Your lymphatics are all working perfectly and harmoniously together to allow proper blood flow,
To allow proper nutrient absorption.
I say to you now,
Your body only desires fresh,
Wholesome foods,
Lots of fruits and vegetables,
Lean,
Healthy proteins.
You love consuming adequate amounts of protein to build muscle,
And muscle will burn fat.
Each and every day,
You're choosing healthy,
Vibrant,
Alive foods.
You're consuming healthy fats for brain power,
For hormonal balance.
You consume fiber each and every day so that your body knows exactly what it needs to do with the fiber.
Your blood sugar is regulating.
You no longer desire sugar.
As a matter of fact,
You no longer want sugar.
The cravings for sugar and unhealthy food are leaving your body and your mind.
Your body only craves healthy,
Nutritious foods.
Your body loves to move and stay active.
It knows that it needs exercise.
It knows that it loves to stay active.
It also loves to breathe deeply.
By connecting with your breath each and every day,
You allow your mind and your body to resynchronize.
You feel amazing the more you take time to slow down and connect with your breath.
You feel amazing knowing what you are doing for your body and your mind and your hormones.
After all,
No matter what season you're going through with your hormones,
The more and more that you rest and relax into a state of healing,
And the more and more you eat healthy,
Vibrant,
Alive foods,
The more active you keep your body walking and healthy,
Drinking lots of water,
Getting extra sleep,
Detoxifying,
And saying no to unhealthy foods and alcohols,
The healthier and healthier your hormones become.
Your hormones want to be balanced.
Your hormones in your body want to feel good.
They want to have a good sex drive.
They want to have vibrant energy,
Happy moods.
As a matter of fact,
Happy moods are your new normal state.
You are becoming happier and happier as each and every day passes.
You have more and more inner peace and calmness.
You are trusting that life is unfolding perfectly.
You are trusting that everything's okay.
You are trusting that your children,
Your grandchildren,
Your job,
Your homes,
All of the things that you care about and all of the people that you care about are going to be okay.
You trust that you are doing your best,
And when you know that you show up and do your best and have calm,
Relaxed moods and attitudes,
That that carries over into every other part of your life.
So for today,
I want you just to imagine this new you,
This new vibrant,
Balanced,
Happy,
Alive,
Worry-free,
Calm new you.
You love the new you so much that you start thinking differently.
You start waking up with an attitude of gratitude.
You start waking up excited for the day.
You no longer have fear about your future.
You no longer have concerns or worries.
Rather,
You have a state of trust,
Surrender,
And you are expecting good things to happen in the future.
You are expecting good things with your body and your mind and your hormones.
You are making healthier and healthier decisions each and every day.
You are becoming more and more at peace.
You are saying no to negative news.
You are setting healthier and healthier boundaries from negative people.
You are rechecking in with yourself each and every day to make sure that you're on point,
To make sure that you are worry-free for the day.
You are letting go of what no longer serves you.
You are in alignment with positive people.
You are in alignment with health,
Vibrancy,
And optimism.
You feel good.
You look good.
You are smiling brighter.
Your friends and your family and your spouse are noticing you.
They are telling you how much happier and healthier you look.
And it's all a result of doing your inner work,
Taking time like this each and every day to reprogram your mind and your body,
To reprogram your mind and your body for the results that you want,
For the new you that you want,
For the new you that you deserve.
After all,
When you show up better,
The world becomes better.
Your spouse and your family are happier.
You are happier.
And therefore,
The world becomes happier.
So for today,
I want you to only allow happy,
Vibrant thoughts.
For today,
I want you to believe in health.
I want you to believe in optimism.
I want you to believe and to trust that your body knows exactly what it needs to do.
It's recalibrating your nervous system.
It's calming down your stress response and entering you into a rest and relaxation healing response.
And when you enter into that phase of rest and relaxation,
Your body heals.
Your mind heals.
Your cells reprogram.
Everything knows exactly what it needs to do.
Your body has inner wisdom,
This beautiful,
Innate intelligence that knows exactly what to do to heal and recalibrate itself.
It knows how to get rid of inflammation.
It knows how to get rid of anything that is in your body that no longer needs to be there.
It knows how to find healthy choices.
It knows how to have happy,
Optimal thoughts.
And you are becoming more and more in alignment with health,
Happiness,
Vibrancy,
Optimism.
You wake up each and every day with an attitude of gratitude.
You wake up each and every day full of excitement for the day ahead.
After all,
When you wake up with an attitude of gratitude,
You can expect the day to unfold beautifully and perfectly.
You can expect with that attitude of gratitude that you are going to make healthier choices.
You will make sure that you drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
You will make sure that you eat healthier options and get enough protein in your diet to build your muscle and to burn your fat.
You will know that what you are doing with your body and your mind is for your future.
The future you.
After all,
You want to age gracefully.
And for you to age gracefully,
It starts with your choices.
It also starts with your thoughts and your belief.
So I say to you now,
Your new belief pattern is one of hope.
One of expectancy of health.
One of expectancy of optimism and worry free.
You are happy.
You are healthy.
Your body is reprogramming as we are here together.
Your cells are vibrating at a higher rate right now.
Your body is more electrically charged right now.
Your mind is calmer.
Your body is releasing endorphins.
Your body is in a state of rest,
Relaxation,
And healing as we are together right at this moment.
I say to you now that there are no longer any thoughts of worry.
Any thoughts of poor,
Healthy eating choices.
You no longer desire fats and sugars.
You no longer desire negative thinking and worry.
You only desire happiness,
Health,
Healthy choices,
Healthy food,
Healthy people,
Healthy habits.
You choose to read happy,
Uplifting things.
You choose to be around happy,
Uplifting people.
You are setting your boundaries and you know the new you that you are in the process of creating.
Your hormones are responding to all of these positive thoughts.
Your hormones will respond with all of these new,
Healthy,
Nutritious,
Wholesome foods that you are consuming.
Your hormones are responding to the extra sleep you are giving it.
Your hormones are balancing.
You no longer struggle.
As a matter of fact,
You feel vibrant and alive and you feel amazing.
This new you is the future you.
You are literally rewriting the script on a cellular level for the new future you.
You love this new you and you are excited to age gracefully.
You are going to age beautifully and gracefully.
You are letting go of any unneeded weight.
You are letting go of anything that no longer serves you on a mind or a body level.
You are letting go of worry.
You are letting go of pain.
You are letting go of anything that no longer serves you and you are rewriting the new you,
Which is happy,
Which is healthy,
Which is full of gratitude.
Healthy foods,
Healthy people,
Good sleep patterns.
I say to you now,
Wherever you are,
This is a time to come back,
A comeback to the new and improved you.
This is a time to wake up refreshed and excited for the new and improved you.
I say to you now,
This is your new truth.
Healthy,
Happy,
And whole.
