This 15-minute guided sleep meditation invites you to consciously release everything you've been carrying from your day—the tasks, conversations, concerns, and mental loops—into the care of what I call your "celestial manager." Through gentle breathwork and a full-body scan, you'll move from the busy mind into deep rest, learning to surrender the burden of remembering while you sleep. Each instruction guides you toward softening, sinking, and allowing sleep to arrive naturally as you recognize this deep rest as your birthright. By the end of this practice, you'll feel held, safe, and ready to let the night restore you completely.

Welcome,

Beloved.

You've made it here,

To this moment,

To this rest.

Whatever brought you to this space,

Whether exhaustion,

Overwhelm,

Or simply the natural close of your day,

You are welcome here.

Let's begin by settling into this space of rest.

Find a comfortable position.

If you're lying down,

Allow your body to be fully supported.

If adjustments need to be made,

Make them now.

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Let's bring your awareness to the breath,

Not changing it,

Just noticing it.

Breathing in,

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath,

The rise and the fall.

Now,

Let's deepen the breath,

Just slightly.

Inhale slowly through your nose,

Filling your belly,

Your ribs,

Your chest.

And exhale fully through your mouth,

Releasing completely.

Again,

Breathe in deeply,

Receiving this moment,

And breathe out slowly,

Letting everything soften.

One more time,

Inhale,

Gathering yourself,

And exhale,

Arriving here.

Beautiful.

Now,

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

As you rest here,

Breathing naturally,

I invite you to notice what you're carrying from today.

The conversations,

The tasks,

The thoughts that keep cycling,

The things you did and the things left undone.

Maybe there's a mental list running in the background.

Things to remember,

Things to fix,

Things to worry about.

Right now,

You don't have to hold any of it.

This is the time to release.

Imagine that you have a celestial manager,

A divine assistant,

Who is completely trustworthy and infinitely capable.

This presence is here to receive everything you've been carrying,

Every task,

Every idea,

Every concern,

Every reminder.

One by one,

Or all at once,

Hand them over.

Really,

I release this to you.

Hold it while I rest.

Your celestial manager receives it all with love,

With care.

And if something needs your attention tomorrow,

You will remember.

The right thought will find you at the right time.

But tonight,

You are released from the burden of remembering.

Feel what it's like to lay it all down.

The day is complete.

You showed up.

You did what you could.

And now,

It's time to rest.

Breathing in,

You receive permission to let go.

Breathing out,

You surrender it all.

Now that the mind is beginning to settle,

Let's bring awareness to the body.

We'll move through each area gently,

Inviting softness,

Inviting release.

Begin by bringing your awareness to the crown of your head.

Feel the crown softening.

Any tension here,

Let it dissolve.

Move your awareness to your forehead.

If there's tightness,

Allow it to soften.

Soften the space between your eyebrows.

Release any tension,

Any holding.

Let your eyes relax deeply in their sockets.

No need to see anything.

Just rest.

Soften your jaw.

Let your teeth part slightly.

Release the jaw completely.

Let your tongue rest softly in your mouth.

No effort.

Just ease.

Feel your face completely relaxed,

Smooth,

Soft.

Bring awareness to your neck and throat.

Release any tension here.

Let your shoulders drop heavy,

Surrendered.

Feel your upper arms,

Your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your wrists becoming heavy,

Sinking down.

Let your hands rest,

Your fingers all the way to your fingertips,

Completely relaxed.

Bring awareness to your chest.

Feel your heart space softening.

With each breath,

Your chest rises and falls naturally,

Effortlessly.

Soften your ribcage,

Your sides,

Your back.

Feel your belly.

Let it be soft.

No holding,

No tightening.

Just gentle and at ease.

Release your lower back,

Your pelvis,

Your hips.

Let your legs become heavy,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles.

Feel your feet,

Your toes,

All the way to the tips,

Completely relaxed,

Completely at rest.

Now feel your entire body,

From the crown of your head to the tips of your toes,

Resting,

Soft.

You sink deeper into rest.

There's nowhere to go,

Nothing to do,

No one to be.

Just this,

Breathing,

Resting.

Beloved soul,

You are safe.

Your body is held,

Your mind is quiet,

Your heart is at peace.

This deep rest is your birthright.

This sleep is your healing.

Let the night hold you,

The way a loving parent holds their child.

With tenderness,

With care,

With infinite patience.

As you drift now,

Know that you are loved.

You are seen.

You are enough.

Rest well,

Beloved soul.

Let sleep come,

Gently,

Naturally,

In its own time.

And as you sleep,

May you be restored.

May your body heal.

May your mind clear.

May your spirit be renewed.

Rest deeply,

Rest completely.

You are held.

Rest well,

Beloved.

Rest well,

Beloved.
