Hello Brilliant Being.
This is Dr.
Liz and I'm so glad that you are joining me here today to meet your inner strength,
Your inner truth that is with you wherever you may go.
And it's normal time to time to doubt yourself and this is an opportunity to reconnect and rediscover your inner strength.
I invite you to welcome in calm and clarity by making any and all adjustments to your body and mind.
You can gently allow your eyes to close or you can leave them softly open.
And as you take a few moments to settle into this stillness and settle into your breath just notice the points of contact your body makes with your seat or your cushion.
Feeling that support now.
I'm feeling those points of contact that your body meets the earth rooting you into this moment.
Now I invite you to shift from doing to being to unlock that natural wisdom and creativity within.
And as you breathe a little deeper and a little calmer allow yourself to go on an inward journey within yourself and find that point and that place that feels like the very center of your being.
That place that is very quiet,
Peaceful and still.
That may be at your heart or the very center of your being.
And when you find that place it's possible for you to have a sense of finding and reconnecting with a part of yourself.
A part that we can refer to as your inner strength.
And if you wish to deeper this connection with your inner strength you can place a hand on the center of your being wherever that may be.
And feel that natural warmth,
Radiance and calm from your body to your hand.
And this is a part of yourself that has always been there since the moment of your birth.
Even through at times it may have been difficult for you to feel the center.
It is with you now.
It is with you now.
It's a part of you and a part of yourself that has allowed you to survive and has overcome many many obstacles in the past.
Just as it helps you now to overcome any obstacles or challenges wherever you face them now.
Maybe you'd like to take a few moments to get in touch with that part of yourself even more.
And you can notice what images or feelings or adaptive thoughts are the most important.
And you can notice what you're feeling.
And these images or feelings or adaptive thoughts and bodily sensations are associated with being in touch with your inner strength.
And we all have inner strengths,
Whether it is creativity,
Resilience,
Humor,
Wit,
Or empathy.
You have an inner strength that is naturally yours,
An organic talent.
So really feel through and notice the images or the symbol that best represents your inner strength.
See it as vivid as it can be right there in front of you.
And in the future,
When you wish to get in touch with your inner strength and tap into it,
You will find that you can do so by calling forth these images,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Or symbols and that by doing so you will be in touch with that inner strength again,
Making it even stronger and more readily available to you.
And because you are already in touch with this part of yourself,
You will be able to feel more calm,
More confident,
More resilient with the knowledge that you have within yourself,
All the resources you really need to take steps in the direction that you wish to go to move forward with grace and compassion and abundant strength,
To be able to set goals and to be able to achieve them easily and effortlessly,
And to have the experience that dreams can come true.
And in the next days and weeks to come,
Each and every day,
You will find yourself becoming calmer,
More confident,
And more abundant as you tap into your inner strength.
And you will find that any time during the day,
It will be easy and effortless for you to get in touch and you to use your own inner strength simply by closing your eyes for a moment,
Bringing your hand to your center,
Seeing the image and symbol of your inner strength,
And reminding you and yourself that you have everything you have within you.
All the resources that you really need are already inside of you.
And you will find that you will be able to trust your inner self,
Your intuition,
Your abilities,
And your strengths,
And allow them to be your guide.
So go ahead and take a cleansing breath in,
Sealing in all this wisdom and your inner strength.
And take a wonderful exhale out with a sigh releasing any and all tension.
And allowing your inner strength to be the light within that gives you a glow and a radiance that lights your path forward.
