Hello Brilliant Being,
This is Dr.
Liz and today you will be discovering and reconnecting and breathing in Wise Mind.
This can be very helpful to find your center and activate your Wise Mind or your higher wiser self.
If you haven't already,
Go ahead and get an even more comfortable position,
Stretching if you like,
And allowing my words to wash over you.
I welcome you to take a cleansing breath in deep through your nose,
Holding at the top,
And take an exhale sighing out of your mouth and gently close your eyes if you wish today,
Allowing that good sigh to let go of any and all tension of the day so that you can anchor into the present moment,
Feel the contact,
The support beneath you,
Whether it's a chair or cushion or bed,
And even noticing the comforting weight of gravity on your body holding you in this moment.
You can access Wise Mind whenever you wish,
Through the power of your breath.
Every time you inhale,
Say to yourself out loud or silently,
Wise.
And when you exhale,
Say to yourself out loud or silently,
Mind.
Go ahead and do that a few times.
Breathing in,
Wise,
And breathing out,
Mind.
Wise Mind.
Wise Mind.
And follow this for as long as you wish,
To really find your Wise Mind Center,
To feel what it's like to be in Wise Mind,
Because it's always within you.
Breathing in,
Wise.
Breathing out,
Mind.
And I welcome you to continue this throughout your day so that you can always practice accessing Wise Mind through the power of your breath,
Breathing in Wisdom,
And breathing out Monkey Mind.
