Hello,
My friend.
My name is Dayana.
I am a MindBodyConnection and meditation coach.
Thank you so much for joining this meditation.
I will guide you carefully and deeply toward your shadow.
This is not just a mental experiment,
But a tangible physical and emotional experience where you will fully reclaim your strength and uniqueness.
Get comfortable.
Feel the contact of your seat bones against the surface.
Sense the structure of your skeleton supporting you.
This is your primary anchor.
The physical foundation of your stability.
Take a deep breath in.
And on the exhale release with heavy breathing.
Sigh.
Let the mask fall away.
Feel your shoulders drop.
And one more time.
With every exhale.
Release everything you have carried today.
Feel your body.
It is here.
It is your home.
Imagine that a restrictive garment of perfection The one you wear even when you're hurting.
Is sliding off you.
Feel your raw,
Authentic skin underneath.
Notice a light tingling or a change in temperature on your skin.
This is your signal.
I am here.
I'm real.
You are no longer a polished figure.
You're expensive.
You're authentic.
Bring to mind an image of someone who triggers both pain and fascination in you.
Someone who knows how to simply turn and walk away.
Who doesn't play guessing games?
Who lives by impulse rather than building complex structures in their mind.
Think of someone you might label as cold,
Selfish,
Or difficult.
Perhaps it is the very person whose directness stings you.
Do not try to break or change this image.
Simply observe their freedom.
The freedom to not justify.
NOT SAVE.
And not adjust.
Notice the quiet.
Confidence,
Stillness in that.
Observe how they hold their body.
The ease.
The absence of restless.
Frantic movements.
Match your breathing to their rhythm.
This freedom is not theirs alone.
It is your projection.
It is a mirror of the other side of you.
The one that you hide behind the flawless facade.
It is a piece of your own power that you have voluntarily handed over.
Believing that love is a reward for perfection.
Ask yourself.
What exactly about this person triggers you?
Likely it is what you forbid yourself from being.
You forbid yourself from simply turning away.
You forbid yourself from being the bad one in someone else's eyes.
Feel this selfish,
Cold and opinionated part within you.
It has been waiting for a long time for your attention.
And it isn't bad.
It is your protection.
It is what gives you the right to say.
I don't want to overcomplicate this.
It allows you to stop trying to save what is already gone.
Breathe deeply.
Locate where they snow.
This restraint that keeps you polished and flat.
Leaves in your body.
This is your stored energy.
Longing to be released.
Make a micro-movement with your shoulders or jaw to release this NO from your muscle tension.
Allow the energy to flow.
And say it to yourself.
Love is not earned.
It is matched through sincerity.
Even when that sincerity feels sharp or difficult.
Blaze your hands on your chest.
Feel your edges.
Breathe deeply.
Feeling how with every exhale you release the flatness,
The urge to please others.
And say to yourself,
I have the right to choose myself.
I have the right to stop saving what is already gone.
I have the right to close this door for my own peace.
Not as an act of revenge.
And feel your shoulders expand.
This is your healthy aggression turning on.
This isn't anger.
It is the energy for life and vitality.
It is your foundation.
Feel the space inside your ribcage expanding.
This is your volume.
Feel your breath reaching your lowest ribs,
Filling you with strength from within.
Take a breath.
And on the exhale,
Visualize a situation where you usually freeze or rescue.
Direct your attention to the tension inside.
And say aloud or to yourself.
I acknowledge that this cold,
Free and self-interested part is me.
It is my energy.
I no longer want to be flawless at the cost of my own happiness.
Imagine these shadows stepping toward you and literally integrating into your body.
It doesn't break you.
It fills you with volume and sharpness.
Feel a core of strength emerging within.
You now have the right to stop saving what is dead.
You have the right to not be the convenient one.
You have the right to simply choose yourself.
Instead of calculating reactions or adjusting them.
Visualize yourself acting like that person.
With no drama.
Focus on your own comfort.
Feel how this shifts your muscle tone.
Your jaw softens.
Your gaze becomes spacious.
And your shoulders become broad and confident.
Feel how this frees up the massive resources previously lost to manipulation.
This is your new operating system.
And think of your real life.
Where can you allow yourself this cold directness today?
Where can you say no without justifying yourself?
Imagine yourself doing this in reality.
Calmly.
Without aggression,
Stand tall.
Breathe fully.
You're not just the good one.
You are a living,
Expansive,
Authentic individual who owns their power.
Right now.
Mentally move like the version of yourself who knows how to choose you.
Feel the grace in your movements.
Take a deep breath.
Gathering this new wholeness in the center of your chest.
Place a hand over your heart again.
Feel your warmth.
And with every breath.
Choose this new,
Sharp and expensive version of yourself.
You're no longer waiting to be followed.
You're walking your own path.
Gently open your eyes.
And look at this world from this new vantage point.
From your own cold freedom.
Take one more deep conscious breath.
Expanding this volume into all space around you.
Remember this sensation in your body.
As your new normal.
Anchor this feeling with a micro movement.
Perhaps.
.
.
Connect your first and second fingers together.
Or create a gesture of your own.
Each time you repeat this movement.
Your body will immediately return to this state.
Your new baseline.
When you feel the urge to do something for others.
Pause and ask yourself.
Am I saving others?
Or am I choosing myself?
And allow yourself to be difficult.
This is your path to healing.
Thank you so much for practicing today with me.
I truly appreciate that.
And I'll see you tomorrow.
