Allowing yourself to feel what you feel is a very powerful,

Effective,

Transformative,

And enlightening meditation technique.

It allows lots of energy to process,

Lots of energy in the form of thoughts and emotions to move through your system.

Let's begin.

Allow your entire body to relax.

Allow your entire body to feel heavy.

Allow your breathing to be easy and relaxed.

Allow yourself to feel what you feel.

Allow your shoulders to fall and relax.

And allow yourself to feel what you feel.

Allow any thoughts and emotions to pass.

Don't cling to any story or any words or any memory.

Simply allow yourself to feel the body sensations without applying any meaning.

Just feel what you feel.

If you need help with this,

Allow yourself to relax your neck and all the muscles around your spine,

All the way down to relaxing your pelvic floor,

All the way down to the muscles you use for elimination,

Allowing all these muscles to relax and naturally,

Gently expand.

As you do this,

Allow yourself to feel what you feel.

You might notice energy or vibration or subtle trembling.

You might feel waves,

Tingling and movement.

Allow everything to move.

Do not cling to any feeling.

Allow it all to move as you simply feel what you feel.

And now relaxing even more deeply as you allow yourself to feel what you feel.

Making no conclusions,

No judgments.

Simply allowing yourself to feel what you feel.

Letting everything that's been trapped to process.

Letting it all process at the pace that it wants to process.

As you simply allow yourself to feel what you feel.

And in the very next moment,

Allow the only thing you do to be feel what you feel.

And then simply allow yourself to be feel what you feel.

Simply allow yourself to be feel what you feel.

Simply being feel what you feel.

Allow yourself to be the feeling and the feeling to be you.

Feeling and expanding as you allow yourself to feel what you feel.

Allowing everything that wants to process to come up.

Allowing everything that wants to come up to process.

Having any thoughts,

Memories,

Feelings and emotions process.

As you finally allow yourself to feel what you feel.

Letting go of all the pressure that's been pushing down your emotions.

Letting go of all the tension that's been pushing down the way you feel.

And letting your feelings rise to the surface.

So they can be expressed and you can be free.

As you allow yourself to feel what you feel.

Feeling how different this feeling is from your normal feeling throughout the day.

Feeling how freeing it is to feel what you feel and let it process.

Letting whatever wants to bubble up to bubble up.

Letting process whatever wants to process.

Letting yourself hear,

Sense,

Taste,

Smell,

Feel,

Touch.

Whatever wants to come up.

As you allow yourself to simply feel what you feel.

Letting these feelings pass.

Not holding on to any of them.

Letting them come,

Allowing yourself to feel and letting them go as they please.

As you finally allow yourself to feel what you feel.

Knowing that the deeper you go,

The more you allow yourself to feel.

The more will process.

The more will clear.

And allowing yourself to go at your own pace.

And understanding that there is no right or wrong to this process.

That there is no right or wrong feeling.

As you simply allow yourself to feel what you feel.

So that it can pass and so that you can be free.

And noticing any insights,

Any positive changes,

Any changes that come about after allowing yourself to simply feel what you feel.

And without getting lost in your mind,

Going to the past or future,

Allow yourself to come into the present moment.

Feeling to feel what you feel.

Feeling how present you are with yourself in this moment.

Feeling what it feels like to feel what you feel in the present moment.

As you allow yourself to feel what you feel.

I was a jumble of emotions but this meditation helped me drop my ruminating and ease through my feelings. (If the last sentence could be edited out that would be helpful. Repeating the invitation to explore other offerings was a little jarring to my ears especially since it wasn't spoken in the soothing voice I'd been enjoying.).

I liked this and give it five stars. The quiet voice, the quiet music, the pacing was very good. My thoughts were more prominent than my feelings and I had a lot of internal dialogue about that. I loved the silent parts and wished they were even longer especially as the meditation continued. I did finally identify some feelings, annoyance at the unending repetition to โ€œfeel what you feelโ€ and then I felt judgment at the repetition of the ad for their website and classes. That was already mentioned at the beginning which was ok but not a way to end the meditation IMO. So I felt these two feelings and let them pass.
