Meditation for relaxation.
Welcome,
This is Alessandrina from Dexter and Alessandrina and today I'm going to teach you a process that allows you to quickly relax,
To let go of negative thoughts,
Negative emotions,
Of any stress or anxiety that you might be carrying in your physical body,
Of any limiting beliefs or fears that might get triggered in your system so that you can feel grounded,
You can feel good in your body,
You can be relaxed and open to receive,
To receive abundance,
To receive relationship,
To receive anything that you want to receive in your life right now.
So this process was taught to us by Master Teresa and Master Teresa is from the lineage of Master Wu in Chinese Qi Gong and it's a wonderful process that uses the sound song to relax the entire body and to dispel negativity,
Negative vibrations from the physical body.
So we will start by relaxing the body from head to toes simply by going from part to part and bringing awareness to that part of the body and relaxing it consciously.
So bring,
You can close your eyes when you're ready and you can bring your awareness to your head and relax your head.
Then you can bring your awareness to your neck and on the exhale relax your neck.
Bringing your awareness to your shoulders and on the exhale relaxing your shoulders down and away from your ears.
Bringing your awareness to your chest and on the exhale relaxing your chest.
Bringing your awareness to your abdomen and on the exhale relaxing your abdomen.
Bringing your awareness to your upper back and on the exhale relaxing your upper back.
Bringing your awareness to your lower back and on the exhale relaxing your lower back.
Bringing your awareness to your arms to your hands your fingers and on the exhale relaxing your arms your hands and your fingers bringing your awareness to your pelvic floor and on the exhale relaxing your pelvic floor now bringing your awareness to your legs your feet your toes and on the exhale relaxing your legs feet and toes bringing your awareness to your entire body from head to toes and on the exhale relaxing your entire body from head to toes and continue in this way relaxing the body part by part until you feel a sense of relaxation and well being and you find yourself in less thoughts less negativity less fear present and grounded in your body and this would be the first part of the process in the second part of the process we are going to use the sound song which in Chinese means relax and that sound and vibrating that sound through the body will allow you to break down negativity break down stress anxiety anything that is stored in your body right now that is not complete peacefulness calmness inner peace you can break it down with that sound so let's begin starting with your head inhaling vibrating the sound song throughout your entire head now bringing your awareness to your neck inhaling sound into your shoulders breathing in breathe out sound and breathe out and breathe out bringing your awareness into your chest breathing in breathe out sound inhale bring your awareness into your abdomen breathe out sound bring your awareness into your upper back bring your awareness into your upper back as you inhale exhale bring your awareness into your lower back as you inhale exhale bring your awareness into your arms your hands your fingers inhale and as you exhale bring your awareness into your pelvis floor bring your awareness into your pelvis floor as you inhale and exhale bring your awareness into your arms your hands your fingers inhale and as you exhale bring your awareness into your legs your feet your toes inhale bring your awareness into your legs your feet your toes inhale bring your awareness into your legs your feet your toes inhale exhale bring your awareness into your entire body again inhale for your entire body exhale sound inhale for your entire body exhale sound after completing the first part of this process which was simply to bring your awareness to different body parts and relax the different body parts for your intention and your awareness you then went on into the second part to bring the sound song to move it through the body to dispel negativity to dispel stress anxiety from part to part and then through your entire body and you should find that right now you are probably more peaceful more relaxed with less thoughts more grounded and if you find that you are still a little ungrounded or thinking a lot and not that peaceful you can continue this process from the beginning until you find yourself really grounded in your body and peaceful and happy we hope that this helps.
