Hello,

This is Alessandra Ina and today I wanted to talk about posture and alignment and how you can essentially begin to track throughout the day your posture and how your posture is going to reflect back to you your state of consciousness,

Your emotions,

Your feelings,

How you might also feel physically and to help you realign yourself over and over again towards a posture and a posture alignment that is actually a reflection of what you choose to feel and how you choose to have whatever embodied experience you choose to have.

So if you begin from the beginning of the day with love,

With consciousness,

With caring,

With compassion and patience to kind of observe how your body is moving through space,

How you're sitting,

How you're laying and just kind of tracking how your body is in space,

How you're presenting in space,

How you're grounding yourself in space,

How you are in space,

Even if you,

How much in your body you are,

Even just like holding your body and feeling for how present and grounded you are in your body from moment to moment and kind of like observing,

For instance if you're sitting,

If you're comfortable,

If you're feeling supported,

Even kind of noticing and feeling for how contained you are in your body,

How supported you feel by the environment,

Whether it's the floor,

A chair,

The bed,

Any space that you're in,

Just like really being in this state of observing and tracking how your body is standing,

How your body is sitting,

How your body is moving and then reflecting on based on what you observe without judgment and if you observe for instance that you're kind of like this,

Kind of like onto yourself and forward or if you're forwards that said kind of like looking back,

Kind of looking back towards the past,

Right,

Instead of being towards the future and being aligned in the present moment towards the future.

So having this capacity to track and observe where you are in space,

How your body is in space,

How you're feeling,

How much energy is flowing through your system as a result of the state of consciousness that you're in,

The feelings that you're processing,

The thoughts that you're having and of course the posture that you're having.

So the posture is a reflection of what's going on inside of you and it's also going to revalidate and essentially continue to reinforce the state,

The feeling,

The emotions,

The energy that you're in which is why often times working out or doing something active can be very helpful to do some physical activity to process energy.

For instance yoga can be very helpful because there's more focus also on the breath and on posture and specifically on the energies that are flowing through us in those moments and other types of sports,

Other types of activities can be equally informative and helpful.

Chi gong also,

Tai chi,

Martial arts and any sports,

Any kind of activity,

Physical activity where you can be more present and aware with your body and in a state of spatial awareness and also then reflecting on what you're feeling.

So for instance if you observe that your body is kind of like maybe not balanced,

That you're one shoulder down,

One shoulder up or one hip feeling differently than the other or if you're feeling that you're moving forward like this onto yourself or anything that you become aware of if you observe and if you allow yourself to feel what are you feeling in this moment,

What is processing through you,

What kinds of thoughts are you having,

What kind of energy state are you in,

What kinds of feelings and emotions are you experiencing in that moment.

The more you do that,

The more you'll become aware of what's defining the reality of your posture and what is being,

So you're actually being informed by your posture of what you're processing and the energy state and the consciousness state that you're in and then once you do that and you realize that and you clear that,

Then you can choose,

Especially after doing the clearing work because essentially your body will realign itself,

Readjust itself by virtue of doing this work.

So as you do the clearing work and the energy shifts,

You'll see that your posture is going to change to reflect the energy shift in your body,

In your mind,

In your emotions,

In your energy.

And then once you've done that,

Once you've tracked that and you've cleared that,

Then you can ask yourself in this moment,

Once you've kind of like come back into balance,

Once you've come back to your center and you are grounded,

You can ask yourself what kinds of feelings,

Emotions,

Energies you wish to embody in this moment.

You can focus on what your intentions and goals are in your life.

For instance,

Even feeling healthy,

Learning to feel healthy in your body,

What kind of posture is that,

Feeling abundant,

What kind of posture would you have if you were abundant.

If you're feeling in love and in relationships where you're connected,

Well what kind of postures would you then embody,

What kind of,

How would you move,

How would you walk,

How would you lay,

How would you sit,

How would you stand in space.

So all of that,

If you start to make those connections and realize that your posture is going to be a reflection of your inner state and then you start embodying,

Learning,

Well what is the inner state of whatever,

Abundance,

Of relationship,

Harmony,

Of health,

Of well-being,

Of success,

Whatever success means to you.

So once you connect to that,

Then you can really meditate on what it feels like in your body and then you can start moving around.

So you can essentially feel it,

Connect to it,

Learn that posture and start to then move around and keep that posture and see how long you stay in the posture until you go unconscious and you go back to the old ways,

You go back to the old energies.

And that's going to be very informative on the process of the subconscious mind and helping you realize how fast we go from conscious,

Choosing the posture,

Choosing the thoughts,

The energies we choose to embody,

The emotions and the experiences that we want in life into unconscious and replaying out the past and re-embodying energetically old states of being,

Old ways of feeling,

Old ways of thinking and how that plays out in the posture.

So this process is actually very,

Very deep,

As deep as sitting with your eyes closed and meditating.

Of course you can do that,

This assessment you can do it with your eyes closed,

Meditating and also in the world as you're engaged in the world,

Even in conversations,

Even with other people,

You're really noticing even in relationships when you're communicating with someone what's your posture and how does it change based on the exchange and based on the interaction dynamics that are unfolding.

And the more you do that,

The more feedback you get and the more you can then realize in terms of embodied experience what is your default embodied experience,

How it unfolds and how you can actually learn to improve it and to actually have a posture that is more and more aligned with the state of beingness,

The feelings,

The emotions and the vision of yourself that you choose to create in the world.

The more you also reinforce that process because you revalidate it and you express it in the world,

And so that feedback that we have between human beings is constantly improving our process of consciousness,

Of awareness,

Of capacity to be more and more capable of creating and aligning with our vision of whatever it is that we choose to align with and have a vision of.
