Healing Guided Meditation Follow Your Pain Core Healing Practice Through Transmutation This guided meditation,

Follow Your Pain and Heal,

Is designed to help you transmute pain,

Discomfort,

And physical symptoms that may include pain or not.

This meditation will teach you how to remain present with your pain and how to release old habits of reactivity that result from interpreting what you feel and projecting continued pain into the future.

By learning to be present with what you feel,

Including pain and other challenging symptoms,

You become able to transmute the feelings,

Emotions,

Underlying fears and beliefs that hold the pain and symptoms in place.

Through the transmutation of these old,

Detrimental and limited energies,

You set yourself free to experience something completely new and wholesome of your own free will choice.

Experiencing vibrant health and a pain-free life is possible,

And it requires transmuting pain and symptoms continuously until we're connected to a vision and experience of being healthy and without pain.

By learning to transmute the old and connecting to a vision and the associated emotions and energy of what you can,

Intend and choose to achieve,

You begin to heal at the deepest level.

This is our greatest wish for you.

So let's begin.

If you'll find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down and just relax.

Meditating on the word relax.

What it truly means and what it means to you personally.

Allowing yourself to have this experience of true and deep relaxation and feeling completely deserving of this experience.

To relax.

To love yourself enough to relax as deeply as you can relax.

And so taking a wholesome and deep breath in through your nose,

Intending to bring light and space into your lungs and your whole body.

Exhaling out of your mouth completely with ease and relief.

Letting go.

Letting everything go.

Knowing in your heart that whatever is important will be there for you to unfold,

Heal and resolve.

As you give yourself this precious time to just relax.

Freeing yourself from anything you may be carrying within you in this moment in time.

Relaxing more.

Feeling what you feel.

Without trying to change it.

Finding this space of stillness and silence that's always here.

Underneath the surface and tension.

When you relax and move into the deeper stiller parts of your being.

And as you feel,

Choose and embody this deep stillness and silence.

If you'll lovingly allow your eyes to gently close and relax even more.

Disconnecting from all the external stimuli,

The stress,

The triggers,

The anxiety producing thoughts and situations you may currently be experiencing.

And holding in place by unconsciously bringing them to mind over and over again.

Letting them go.

They are not now.

Letting everything go.

It's safe.

Find yourself present in stillness and silence right now.

As you continue to relax and unwind.

If you'll allow for any stress,

Anxiety,

Pain or discomfort to clear naturally.

Unwinding the layers of stress,

Pain and worry.

That often create additional tension,

Stress,

Pain and worry.

As we hold them in and internalize them.

Intending for anything that's not currently serving you.

That's holding you back from healing and from experiencing vibrant health and wholeness.

Anything that might be keeping in place the pain or symptoms you're experiencing.

To simply release.

Feeling yourself releasing all entrenched energies and patterns.

Physical,

Mental,

Emotional and spiritual.

With ease.

And flow.

Layers upon layers of stress,

Fear,

Anxiety and even pain.

Unwinding and clearing through the unwinding.

Becoming aware of this unwinding and the power of unwinding.

As in opening up and experiencing ever greater depth of ease,

Stillness,

Well-being and true expansion.

Relaxing deeper.

Breathing in light and love.

Breathing out stress and fear.

And opening more and more.

In health,

In well-being,

In ease,

In flow.

Now,

As you continue to surrender into a more easeful and peaceful state.

If you'll simply intend and choose to become completely present right now.

Present to any pain or discomfort.

Present with any pain and discomfort.

As they arise,

In whichever way they do.

Present.

Simply present with what is.

Present with yourself.

Without any expectation that things should be any different than they are.

And also holding the space for something completely new to arise.

As you let go of internal pressure and self-pressurization to achieve or change anything.

You're not trying to change anything in this present moment.

And by being present,

You are changing.

By simply being present,

Everything changes.

Through presence,

Observation,

Stillness,

Silence.

Change naturally occurs without pressure or force.

Relaxing deeper still.

And being present with all that arises.

So that it may be transmuted in the present moment.

Through your presence,

An equanimous experiencing of all that arises.

As if just witnessing it all.

As you choose to release any aversion towards what you might be feeling.

And what you interpret to be happening.

You make space for a completely different experience.

Where the old is not fought against.

Where you're not in conflict with yourself.

So that new insights,

Understandings,

Awakenings about what is may easily come to the surface.

Unwinding and creating space.

So that you may trace your pain and symptoms back to their root.

The root that are your beliefs and your fears.

And from which all pain and physicalized reality are born.

Relaxing deeper and shining the light of consciousness onto what you feel.

And the interpretations and projections that generate what and how you feel.

At the very core.

Like peeling the layers of an onion.

Only to find that at the core,

All there is,

Is space.

Spaciousness.

Expansion.

Through which all phenomena unfold,

Process and ultimately unwind.

Relaxing even deeper.

Unwinding the layers of pain,

Misunderstanding,

Misinterpretation and even stories.

You may have built about yourself.

Your pain,

Your situation,

Your condition,

Your life.

Unwinding it all.

Freeing yourself from the layers of pain and suffering.

That come from projections we create and continue to revalidate over and over again.

Just like a program on repeat.

Until we finally choose to stop the stream of unconscious thoughts,

Fears and beliefs.

And to become ever more present to what is.

No interpretation.

No veil.

No belief or fear.

No projection into the future.

Just complete presence,

Stillness and silence.

With what is.

Feeling what you feel.

Without trying to change it.

Observing and experiencing all of it.

Without assigning any meaning to it.

Realizing that whatever story you've created about what you feel and why you feel it,

Is not it.

Is not what is.

Dropping all stories and relaxing deeper still.

Experiencing it all.

As the observer.

Without trying to change any of it.

Without being averse to any of it.

Without rejecting,

Suppressing,

Hating or wanting something different.

Relaxing into the present moment.

And simply experiencing it all.

Without trying to escape any of it.

Or to feel differently about it.

Just being present with what is.

No story.

No agenda.

No belief.

No fear.

No drama.

No past.

No future.

Just what is.

In the present moment.

Just you.

And the present moment.

Just you.

In the present moment.

One with the experience you're having in the present moment.

Without creating any story.

Or believing anything about it.

Simply one with the experience.

And paying attention to details.

As to how you feel.

Without making any story about it.

Just observing.

Without assigning labels or meaning.

To what you're observing.

Seeing.

Feeling.

Hearing.

Tasting.

Smelling.

Sensing.

Experiencing through all five of your senses.

Without feeling limited by any experience.

Without getting stuck in your mind.

Seeing.

And realizing.

The impermanence of all phenomena.

And feeling completely at peace.

With the nature of life and reality.

Choosing.

To not be limited.

To not build your own prison.

By holding on to what you've previously experienced.

And imagining that it will continue.

Indefinitely.

Without relief.

Or resolution.

Seeing the present.

As a result of the past.

Not a predictor of the future.

Fully present.

To what is.

And aware that you are aware.

Of what is.

Realizing that you have the opportunity to recreate yourself.

In the present moment.

In every moment.

Building the future.

Through your intention.

Every one of your thoughts,

Emotions,

Choices.

Behaviors and actions.

In the present moment.

And what do you choose to feel and experience in this moment?

Just because you didn't feel that you could choose your experiences in the past.

Doesn't limit you in any way in the present moment.

And doesn't mean that you can't create anything you choose now.

Feel that.

Connect to that.

The new reality you are choosing and creating.

And know that it is.

And will be.

As the unwinding unfolds.

There is space.

For all that you choose and wish to experience.

Without having to force it.

Or wish that what is was different than what it is.

By being completely present.

Attentive.

And surrender to what you feel.

And where you feel it.

When you feel it.

You're transmuting what is.

Through simple presence.

You're inviting a new reality.

And becoming aware.

Of the old thought forms,

Feelings and emotions.

Fears.

Limiting beliefs.

And stored memories.

That have generated your present reality.

Choosing to release your fear.

That you'll continue to feel and experience pain in the future.

So that you can actually let it go.

Realizing that by fighting what you imagine.

Which is different than what is.

By being at war with yourself.

You're actually perpetuating more of what you don't want or fear.

Keeping it in place.

And can you see how any aversion to what you feel.

Only creates additional tension.

And adds to your existing pain and suffering.

It is of the same energy and vibration.

And can only lead to more of what you feel.

More of the time.

Relaxing.

And surrendering.

And noticing how when you surrender.

To what you feel.

You open up.

You expand.

You relax and release.

So if you'll just let the release happen naturally.

Let the shift unfold as you remain present with what is.

And continue to unwind.

Allowing for transmutation and transformation.

To happen naturally.

As you observe.

And feel what you feel.

Without trying to change any of it.

And also.

Intending.

Choosing.

And inviting.

A new experience in.

As the unwinding continues.

More and more energy is liberated.

And you're free to create something.

Completely new.

A new reality.

A new you.

Feel it.

Exploring.

And experimenting with this process.

Of presence.

And unwinding.

Feeling what you're feeling.

And surrendering to it all.

Completely.

You're not afraid of it.

You're not rejecting any of it.

You're not feeling victimized by it.

You're not hiding from it.

You're simply and lovingly.

Accepting what is.

As much as you are able to.

And being present with all that arises.

In the process.

Inviting a new reality.

A new future.

A new you.

Through your energy state.

Of stillness.

Silence.

And presence.

Choosing to dissolve.

Worry.

Oversimplification.

Projection.

Fear.

Anxiety.

Based upon your interpretations.

Of what might or might not happen.

Letting all of it go.

So that you may be present with yourself.

Any pain and symptoms.

As they arise.

And to simply see them for what they are.

The results of the past.

And decisions you've made in the past.

Not the present.

And making peace with the past.

Forgiving the past.

What you've experienced.

What you've felt.

What you've interpreted.

Imagined and projected.

The pain and suffering that often unfolds.

As part of life.

Learning from it all.

As you surrender into the present moment.

And stop the wheel of time.

Being willing to feel what you feel.

And not to create any belief or story about it.

As to not anchor it more deeply.

And revalidate what doesn't serve you anymore.

As to not invest any more of your energy.

And fill your bandwidth and mine.

With more of the past.

And the pain of the past.

Cycling and recycling.

Until we choose to change.

Intentionally watching the past unwind.

As you observe what you feel.

And not make anything of it.

Other than just being present.

With the experience itself.

And what you feel.

Simply feeling what you feel.

And relaxing deeper.

Unwinding layers upon layers.

Of pain and discomfort.

That have been stored within you.

Your body,

Mind,

Emotions and spirit.

Simply by being present.

With yourself.

And what is.

Following any pain that arises.

Following any symptom that emerges.

As you simply feel what you feel.

And watch it shift,

Change and transform.

Through presence.

Remaining present.

With what you feel.

When and where you feel it.

And watching it transmute and transform.

Again and again.

Being one with the change,

The transmutation.

The transformation.

As it unfolds.

And unwinding some more.

Opening.

Expanding.

Allowing for space and presence.

To support the deepest shift.

In your energy.

In your field.

In your thoughts.

In your feelings and emotions.

In your entire being.

And reality.

Dissolving the ego.

As to recreate yourself as you choose right now.

Witnessing.

Sensing.

Feeling.

Waves of change and transmutation unfolding.

By simply being present.

And aware.

Aware that you are aware.

Of the feelings,

Thoughts,

Emotions.

Beliefs,

Fears and projections.

You've experienced up until now.

As you become completely present and still.

With whatever arises.

Present with yourself.

And what is.

Right now.

Seeing it all.

As expressions of certain states of mind and emotions you may have felt in the past.

And decisions you made.

From your feelings,

Thoughts and emotions.

And being completely relaxed and at peace.

With your prior choices.

Whether you were conscious you were making them.

And of their implications or not.

Unwinding some more.

And accepting your current experience.

As a result of some conscious or subconscious choices.

Made in the past.

And realizing.

The power in this understanding.

To change yourself.

Your life.

And your experiences.

By choosing something completely new.

Releasing the need to blame.

Or judge yourself or anyone else.

For your past choices and experiences.

Simply seeing the opportunity.

In the present moment.

To create and recreate yourself.

Again and again.

And to experience something completely new.

And so.

What do you choose to feel and experience?

What do you choose to create right now?

Present.

With the past.

As to accept and transmute it.

And also present with all that the future holds for you.

When you choose to free yourself from the past.

Relaxing.

And letting it all go.

Freeing yourself from the past.

Simply by being present.

With what is.

So that you may truly see what is.

Rather than any fearful projections.

About what is.

And what could continue to unfold into the future.

Feel.

Be.

Breathe.

Open.

Without force.

Simply holding the space and intention.

For healing to occur.

Through simple acceptance.

And presence.

With what is.

Allowing for whatever has been.

To unwind.

Unfold.

And release.

Naturally.

With ease.

Feeling what you feel.

And unwinding.

Beyond word.

Concept.

Imagining.

Simple.

Pure.

Presence.

With yourself.

Not in conflict.

Present.

Learning to be with yourself.

Your pain.

Your discomfort.

Your human suffering.

Without trying to change any of it.

Simply being present.

Learning.

To be more and more present.

Beyond words.

Concepts.

Intellectualization.

Simply.

Being.

Present.

And following energy.

As it arises.

Moves.

Shifts.

And changes.

And as all physical phenomena follows.

Relaxing.

Observing reality.

Without veil or projection.

Being one with what is.

Without distortion.

Or misapprehension.

Simply present.

With what is.

And with the unwinding and healing that unfold.

Being with what is.

In stillness and silence.

In communion.

And seeing through the veil of your pain and fear.

Letting everything go.

Feeling what you feel.

And observing any and all changes.

As they unfold.

Holding yourself in this space.

Of deep stillness and silence.

And presence.

Choosing to let go.

Of all stories and projections.

As to become ever more grounded.

Present.

And still.

With what is.

And transforming it in the process.

Learning to respond rather than react.

Learning to be completely still with what is.

To accept.

To love.

To forgive.

And to change.

Whatever you choose to transform in your life.

You are not your past.

You are not your pain.

You are not your fear.

You are not your beliefs.

Or your judgments.

You are not a victim of any situation or circumstance.

You can change.

It can change.

Everything changes.

Everything is impermanent.

Feel the truth of this statement.

Feel the freedom in it.

Feel the opportunity in it.

Choosing to become so present.

As to cease focusing on what you don't want.

And what you fear most.

Letting fear go.

Letting it all go.

Unwinding layers upon layers of stress,

Pain,

Fear and suffering.

To find the freedom and joy in the present moment.

Unwinding the past.

So that you may create in the present moment.

Rather than repeat more of the past.

Checking in with yourself.

As the unwinding,

Healing and unwounding unfold naturally.

And asking yourself.

What do I truly want in my heart and soul?

And without trying to change how you feel.

Allowing for the transmutation to occur.

When and how it does.

Inviting the future into the present moment.

Simply by being aware of your intention.

And surrender to your current experience.

As it continues to unwind.

Letting go.

Opening up.

Expanding and receiving.

All that your heart and soul intend and choose.

In this moment.

And in every moment.

Asking yourself.

What would it be like?

What would it feel like?

To experience what I most deeply want in my heart and soul.

To be one with it.

And allowing,

Simply allowing.

All that is good.

All that is supportive.

All that is transformative.

All that is love.

To come to you.

Naturally.

And to transform all that is not aligned with your heart and soul's intentions.

So that you may experience deeper peace,

Joy and fulfillment.

And transmute all pain and suffering.

Into more light.

More love.

And more ease.

And experiencing ease and flow from this space of deep stillness and silence.

That takes you deeper and deeper within.

Where all expressions and manifestations of your intention exist.

And come into reality.

And as you continue to unwind.

Feel what you feel.

And remain completely present with what is.

See yourself creating your future.

Right now.

And in every future moment.

When you choose to be completely present with what is.

And to become a conscious co-creator of your reality.

Through your presence.

And breathe.

And be.

Who you were always meant to be.

A being of light.

Of love.

Unlimited by mind or fear.

A pure being of light and love.

That holds all possibilities from within.

Feel that.

And simply breathe.

And be who you choose to be.
