108 Chant for Depression & Anxiety
by Deva Vasuda
A 108 chant of the mantra: Om Sarva Dukkha Haraya Namaha, to transform suffering into something to acknowledge as a part of life. Meaning of the mantra: 'Salutions to the reliever of all agonies. Antidote to sadness and misery, automatically invokes positive energy in life' Just listen to it at first, write the words down, and you will find yourself chanting along in time. No hurry, you will learn. You can also listen and learn the melody and chant it with a mala (so you can count the 108 times yourself) and do it in your own pace. For the best results of this mantra, you might want to chant it twice a day, 108 times, for 40 days. A guided version is available as well.
