A 108 chant of the mantra: Om Sarva Dukkha Haraya Namaha, to transform suffering into something to acknowledge as a part of life. Meaning of the mantra: 'Salutions to the reliever of all agonies. Antidote to sadness and misery, automatically invokes positive energy in life' Just listen to it at first, write the words down, and you will find yourself chanting along in time. No hurry, you will learn. You can also listen and learn the melody and chant it with a mala (so you can count the 108 times yourself) and do it in your own pace. For the best results of this mantra, you might want to chant it twice a day, 108 times, for 40 days. A guided version is available as well. The chanter's voice was too low to sit comfortably in my range, so I chanted in a key that was more comfortable and resonant for me. It was discordant to the chanter's voice. I let myself listen to the discord without trying to change it. Before I knew it, my voice had naturally moved itself up the scale until it had settled into a harmony with the chanter's voice. It was nothing I did consciously; balance just found itself. Now I think I truly understand this meditation.

Loved it ! I have anxiety and I felt calm and at peace after doing this . Today is my first day and I will continue to do this for 40 days .. I will update It when I complete it!

Wonderful mantra aswell! 😊 I practiced your mantra for fear for 40 days two times a day now and i really feel a big difference! 😊 I feel like i'm not done with that mantra yet so i will practice the mantra for fear now once a day and add this mantra once a day to it aswell! Going for another 40 days! Curious what both of them together will bring! 😊 Thank you, you really got me into mantras, i love it! 😊🙏❤🌌

Love this! She has a slightly longer version where she introduces the chant and explains what the words mean but sometimes I just need to do the chant and get on with relieving the world's suffering in any way I can!
