Right now the planets have arranged themselves in a beautiful arc across the night sky.
In this meditation we will travel through these celestial bodies allowing their vibrations to inspire and illuminate your path.
Whether you'll experience this meditation during the alignment or long after,
The wisdom of the planets is timeless.
So just take a moment to find a quiet comfortable place to sit or to lie down.
Gently take a deep breath in and let it out and begin to feel yourself relaxing.
Feel the grounding support of the earth beneath you and the infinite expanse of the cosmos above.
The planets are calling you to connect,
To reflect and to rediscover the beauty of your inner universe.
So let's begin this journey through the stars.
So just gently close your eyes and take another deep breath in and let it out and just feel how good that feels as you begin to relax more and more.
Take another deep breath in and out and just feel yourself sinking more and more into whatever you are sitting or lying upon.
With each breath just allow yourself to drift away from the noise of the day and tune into the vast stillness of the cosmos.
Imagine that a brilliant night sky is above you,
Stars are shimmering,
Inviting you to journey,
To journey beyond.
Picture yourself floating now,
Just floating through space,
Weightless and free.
The first planet that you approach is Venus,
Glowing with a soft golden light radiating love and harmony.
As you move closer you feel the warmth of its energy surrounding you and Venus whispers to you,
What do you love?
What relationships bring harmony to your life?
Take a moment to feel your heart expand,
Filling with gratitude for the love and beauty in your life.
Let this energy wrap around you like a comforting embrace.
Breathe deeply into this feeling and let us give thanks to Venus,
The heart connecting to our heart through love,
Beauty and relationships.
And once again you are floating,
Leaving Venus and beginning to drift towards Saturn,
A majestic planet encircled by stunning rings of ice and dust.
Its energy feels grounding,
Strong and wise.
Saturn speaks to you,
What lessons are you learning?
Where can you create structure in your life?
Visualize yourself walking along one of Saturn's rings,
Steady and balanced,
Embracing the clarity and strength that comes from discipline.
Feel its wisdom anchoring you,
Reminding you that growth often requires patience.
And we give great thanks to Saturn,
The teacher,
Bringing forward discipline,
Wisdom and responsibility.
And once again you're floating onward and you encounter Jupiter,
The largest planet in the solar system,
Glowing with vibrant orange and white swirls.
Its energy is expansive and uplifting.
Jupiter calls to you,
Where can you expand?
What blessings in your life can you magnify?
Imagine standing on Jupiter's surface,
Looking out at its endless horizon.
Feel its energy encouraging you to dream bigger,
To trust in the abundance of the universe.
Allow yourself to receive this expansive energy,
Opening your heart to new possibilities.
And let us give great thanks to Jupiter,
The expander,
Filled with abundance,
Growth and expansion.
And once again you are floating and next you approach Mars,
Shining with a bold red hue.
Its energy is fiery and energizing,
Filling you with courage and determination.
And Mars asks you,
What action will move you closer to your desires?
What passions ignite your soul?
Visualize yourself holding a glowing red flame in your hand,
Symbolizing your inner power.
Feel this fire coursing through you,
Reigniting your motivation and reminding you of your strength to overcome challenges.
And we give great thanks to Mars,
The warrior,
Filled with action and courage and passion.
Floating once again,
You're drifting further into space and you begin to see Uranus.
It's glowing like a pale blue-green,
Emanating vibrations of transformation.
Uranus whispers,
Where can you embrace change?
How can you free yourself from old patterns?
And picture yourself standing on Uranus,
Surrounded by shimmering auroras in the sky.
Feel a breeze of liberation sweeping through you,
Clearing away limitations and awakening new ideas.
Let its energy spark a sense of freedom and innovation within you.
And let us give great thanks to Uranus,
The Awakener,
Full of innovation,
Change and freedom.
And floating further and further out,
Finally you arrive at Neptune,
Bathed in a serene blue glow.
Its energy is soft and ethereal,
Inviting you to connect with your intuition and your dreams.
Neptune asks you,
What does your soul long to express?
What truths are waiting to emerge from within?
Imagine diving into Neptune's tranquil waters,
Feeling weightless and calm.
Allow its mystical energy to guide you inward,
Connecting with your deepest truths.
Trust the whispers of your intuition as they rise to the surface.
And let us give great thanks to Neptune.
The mystic,
Full of dreams,
Intuition and spirituality.
And now with all the planetary energies now integrated,
Begin to journey back toward Earth.
As you float through space,
Feel the harmony of love,

And just gently now visualize yourself re-entering Earth's atmosphere,

And gently return to the room where your physical body is sitting or lying.
