You've given much this morning and midday exhaustion may be setting in.

Now take a minute to let life and nature give back to you.

If you've been running all morning,

This is your moment to pause,

To recharge.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And then let it go.

And one more time,

Breathe in renewal,

And then just let go of what you no longer need.

Let your breath slow.

With each inhale,

Imagine you are drawing in energy,

Powerful,

Nourishing,

Replenishing,

Alive.

With each exhale,

Let go of heaviness and tiredness.

In these few minutes,

You'll refill your energy fully and completely.

Let's breathe deeply into the movement of thunder energy.

Breathe in renewal.

Feel the energy stirring like distant thunder.

In your mind's eye,

See the thunder rise.

It feeds your inner strength.

It rejuvenates your vitality.

You are inspiring,
