Let's begin.
Sit quietly and close your eyes gently.
Raise your eyebrows and lower them to relax your scalp.
Raise and lower your shoulders and take a few lovely relaxing breaths.
One and two and three.
And let's begin your guided lesson on new beginnings.
New beginnings can be gentle or arrive with an explosion.
They are sometimes desired and other times thrust upon you when you don't want them and you aren't expecting them.
New beginnings always include change,
Lots of new experiences,
They bring new lessons to be learned,
And you have a choice to embrace new beginnings with fear and dread or to experience them with excitement and hope.
Sometimes your fear of new beginnings comes from past experience.
It's important to remember that just because things were difficult in the past does not mean that they will always be difficult.
Guard against allowing past hurts and heartbreaks to shut you down and stop the flow of positive energy and opportunity into your life.
When you're stuck in life,
When you're fearful of change,
You experience conflict in relationships and physical illness.
New beginnings mean that you can choose what you will allow into your life and what you will leave behind,
How you will interpret the lessons of the past,
Who and what you will say goodbye to.
A new beginning is the ultimate point of creation on your path to purpose and a beautiful life.
New beginnings are also a time to exercise faith and trust in life,
Not to worry about who you will meet,
Where you will go,
What you will do.
Trust that your guides and angels have prepared your path.
The right people will come your way.
Your new journey will unfold perfectly.
Trust the process.
You are always exactly where you need to be.
No matter how unexpected a new beginning is,
It's always the right time and the right place.
And here's what happens in your body when you're experiencing new beginnings from a positive perspective.
There are happy chemicals within your body,
And one of these is oxytocin,
A happy chemical that creates trust in life,
Builds happy relationships,
And improves the immune system.
When you experience new beginnings in a positive way,
You release this happy chemical oxytocin.
And you are learning to navigate new beginnings in this meditative state,
And you are creating a positive experience through habit,
Using specific tools.
And the tool for positive new experiences is to connect with people from your heart.
Oxytocin is widely referred to as the hug hormone,
The moral molecule,
The cuddle chemical,
The bliss hormone.
So give hugs,
Receive hugs,
Give gifts,
And value those who come into your life,
Even if only for a moment.
And let's take a moment to bring your attention back to your breath.
Take a few lovely deep breaths.
One,
And two,
And three.
And rub your hands together,
And rub the back of your neck to bring you back to reality.
It's always a good idea to journal your inspiration and your ideas after a guided session.
