Take a moment and close your eyes.

Imagine a warm wave of calm relaxation moving from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath.

As your body gets more relaxed,

Your mind feels more peaceful.

As you let go of all the cares of the day and focus here and now in this moment,

Just noticing your breath.

Being centered and calm.

I want you to imagine that you're in a beautiful place.

Maybe it's by a beach or in a beautiful garden or out in nature.

Just somewhere that makes you feel so peaceful.

The sun is shining,

It feels comfortable and warm.

And just take in all the sounds and the sights.

And just allow yourself to be in the bliss of this moment.

In your beautiful surroundings.

Feeling so fortunate to have this moment of calm,

Peace.

And today we're going to practice cultivating the mind of love.

Put your awareness toward your heart,

The center of your chest.

And imagine a beautiful light inside start to glow brighter and brighter.

Opening up as if it's a flower opening up its petals to receive the sunshine.

And as you're opening your heart energy,

Just bring to mind ideas,

People,

Memories that help you cultivate a mind of love.

Maybe you have a pet that gives you that feeling of unconditional love.

Or you can think of a relative or someone in your family that showed you great love.

Where you felt truly loved.

It could be a child or a friend.

And as you focus on that person,

Just imagine them.

Generating that feeling of love inside.

Just the thought of them allows you to feel great love.

Look back at your life and think about the times you felt truly loved.

Where you really loved yourself.

Maybe accomplishments that you've had in your life.

Certain milestones that you reached.

That as you look back you are so proud of yourself.

Think of those now.

If you want you can think about happy memories.

Childhood fun.

Or even as an adult,

Your favorite vacation.

Or being with your favorite people.

Cultivate your mind of love.

As you think of these things,

Imagine your heart space opening more and more.

The love inside of you expanding more and more.

So much so that it fills the area all around you in this beautiful loving light.

As if you're bathed in your own love.

Allow this feeling to carry you throughout your day.

With every action you take.

With every person you meet or interact with.

Imagine the circumstances being surrounded by great love.

Your love.

There may be something very specific.

A certain goal that you'd like to attain.

Imagine being in this mind of love.

And having the experience that you want to create.

Feel the mind of love.

Design that experience from this wonderful loving place.

Now come back to that wonderful state of love again.

And let it fill every cell and nerve in your body.

Let it penetrate all the interspaces of your mind and body.

As you begin your day,

You carry this beautiful energy with you.

And it creates a wonderful day.

When you're ready you can start bringing yourself back to conscious awareness.

Keeping that beautiful mind of love with you all day long.

And enjoy the beautiful creation of today.

So get ready to open your eyes.

Open your eyes and begin your day.
